"I had actually stayed at a different safety property in Naples and thought this was the same one and thus booked it but to my rather surprise this was nothing like that. While the staff were really nice and quickly helped me with checking in and the rooms were not too small I felt like the bathroom was from a different dimension altogether as the shower cubicle was so small that while I was making my way out of it I hurt my back really badly And it was very painful to imagine the same happening to anyone else and that’s too on holiday also when I just opened the shower which was fixed overhead little bit of brown water seem to come out from it and I do not know what that was all about but it was rather disappointing however There was lockers in the room and quite a peaceful stay as well so I guess it’s fine for a night, but if only they had the day not so much behind the door that it is positioned in a very weird manner maybe it could have been better and also the flush was not working properly."

"Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa. Beautiful, old building very centrally located. Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly! I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean! Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use. Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!"

"The hotel room is small but has a large terrace. The environment is good. Parking is free. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast is average but enough. I can't ask for too much at a low price. I am satisfied with everything."

"The place is squeaky clean. Thoughtful and friendly owner who provided us with loads of information when we arrived. The shared bathroom is huge, bright and spotless. Hair dryer, mouth wash, tooth paste, cotton ear buds etc you name it are all provided. However the shower cubicle is quite small. Conveniently located within 10 minutes walking distance between the airport and railway station. City centre is about half an hour walk away. The room is air-conditioned. All in all a very nice place. I would recommend it."

Chambre nettoyée tous les jours, très spacieuse, serviettes fournies. Boissons proposées à la vente à bon prix accompagné de chips. Personnel très gentil. Et petit déjeuner très bon (jambon, fromage, oeufs brouillés, tartines, nutella et confitures, gâteaux, jus, café, lait, céréales,...). Excellent hôtel."

When I arrived at the hostel, I wanted to drink hot water, so I needed a coffee pot, so I brought it right away, so I could eat really warm water well, and the bathroom was clean. "We missed a flight and needed a day room to rest until we could fly back later to UK. This is so close to the airport and was quaint and comfortable. No frills but a clean bed to rest, just what we needed, thank you for the last minute availability."
