"1.Parking abit inconvenient,paid 1000 per day but every time must engage hotel staff to arrange the car in and out and also only available 8am-10pm range  2.water only 1 small bottles per day , we didn’t know and take one more that day, the male staff snatch back from us (unbelievable !), we don’t mind to buy from across Family mart, 1 big bottles only 120yen, why hotel so calculating, just put the sign so the guests will know  3.so call breakfast included is only a cup of coffee and 1 bread"

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Oonoya. One of the perks was the free shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel. However, the map provided on the website seems outdated, which caused some initial confusion. Thankfully, the station staff was very helpful and directed us to the correct bus bay. A highlight of our trip was catching the Atami fireworks from the hotel’s rooftop — the view was absolutely perfect and made for a memorable evening. The indoor hot spring was also a standout feature: it’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and very relaxing after a long day of travel. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just be sure to double-check shuttle bus details upon arrival!"

"This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out."

"It's an old hotel with shuttle bus. The Japanese-style room is very spacious, but the bathroom and toilet are located at the north and south ends of the room, about 10 meters away. I often go the wrong way, which shows how big the room is! There is also a hot spring downstairs for you to soak in. Japan is a home for the elderly. Dinner is not bad. The restaurant is on the ninth floor with a very wide view and a spectacular sea view! I have to thank Ctrip here. When I booked, I saw that there was a sea view in the picture, but there was actually no hotel. If you want to see the sea view, you have to add 3,000 yen. "This time I chose this seaside hotel because I wanted to watch the Atami Fireworks Festival. The hotel faces the location where the fireworks erupt. Although it is not directly in front of me, the distance is very close and it is very spectacular. A few days before check-in, I emailed the hotel to request a high-rise room, which cost an additional ¥2,200 per person. I was given a room on the 8th floor, the highest floor. From there, I could watch the fireworks from the room without having to go to the beach or rooftop to watch the fireworks. The dinner was kaiseki which was delicious and the breakfast buffet was also good. However, the room is old and the cleanliness is average. There are a few hairs and dust on the bedding, which needs to be improved. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the station, with two buses in the morning at 9:30 and 10:00. If you want to take the bus, you need to arrive at the lobby 5-10 minutes in advance to wait for the bus."

"This was a very pleasant experience. I stayed alone for 4 days. Every day before going out, at breakfast time, and before returning to the room after returning at night, I would chat with the Chinese staff lady (I called her sister when we first met because she was really very young). She was very warm and considerate, well-educated and very professional. I looked forward to seeing her every day. Another Japanese staff member was a very cute boy. Although we didn't speak the language, he was very patient waiting for me to type and ask questions. He would proudly tell me how he solved the small problem in my room. Songyue is very close to Kinomiya Shrine, and I would go there to sit before returning at night. It is a little far from Atami Station. Google even gave a road that required carrying a suitcase down the stairs (in fact, you can get there by walking a little further forward). Moreover, Kinomiya Station, which is one stop more than Atami Station, is closer to Songyue. It is recommended that if you don't have much luggage, you can also go from Atami Station to Kinomiya Station, which will be much more convenient. The room is very quiet, very clean and comfortable. The hot spring water is next to the room. It comes from Kinomiya Shrine, which is very comfortable. The only disadvantage may be that the geographical location affects the poor wifi signal. "Very comfort and big room with nice sea view. Onsen was good all the time. Location abit far and hilly from town. That will be good if you are driving. They also provide free shuttle bus go train station. Be prepare you own food before stay in if you dint get their dinner and break fast. Good chill and relaxing hotel."

"The hotel shuttle bus is available right in front of Atami Station. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks (including alcohol) are all-you-can-eat buffets (with time limits). While it can get crowded due to the large number of Japanese tour groups, the reasonable prices make up for it. The bathhouse is divided into three areas, but don't expect too much. (It used to be a very luxurious hotel, and there's even an escalator inside.)"

"It takes about 7 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel, which is convenient and passes through the shopping street along the way, with convenience stores nearby! There is an Aeon supermarket about 7 minutes walk! The room I stayed in was an attached bathroom toilet, a one-staircase room in the building opposite the guesthouse, family-style guesthouse, the room was comfortable and felt like home, clean and well-equipped! The refrigerator can store ice cream. Only in a few degrees of weather, it was a bit cold in the shower 🤣! "Hotels services is good. The room is pretty big and tidy, feeling comfortable in it. Walk for 2-3mins to 7-11 or Lawson. Public onsen provides inside and outside experience. The only disappointed is there is a Group of HK people arrived, there is a man full of tatoo get in public onsen. I checked the rules at front door. It mentioned Tatoo is prohibited. This kind of stupid HK people is a shame for HK when they travel around in Japan. Dont understand the culture of Japan. No parking area for loading, Car parking needs to use next hotel, a bit inconvenience if you carrying few luggages. 🧳"
