"Location was great! right by the west exit for JR Chiba station - very luggage friendly station as well a 24hr Lawson right outside the 2nd floor entrance and a 7/11 down on the ground floor. Staff were polite, easy self storage for luggage by the check in area. Self check in was great, amenities and robes by the elevator before heading up and overall loation is perfect for sightseeing and oneward travels to and from Narita airport or into Tokyo."

"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel feels new overall. However, there were a few minor imperfections in my room, such as a chipped corner of the baseboard. I stayed in December and used the air conditioner for heating, which worked fine. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with access by room key via the elevator. The selection is quite good and includes European options. The menu changes slightly, so it does not get boring. There are signs asking guests to return their used trays themselves, so please keep that in mind. Regarding the signs, I was surprised that in this hotel you need to specifically request room cleaning at the reception. I have stayed in many hotels where the door sign has two sides, “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room”. Here, the sign had only one side, “Do Not Disturb”. I think this is something the hotel could improve, as it is not very convenient to ask for room cleaning separately. It would also be helpful to add more English translations. For example, all the buttons on the TV remote control are labeled only in Japanese, and the notice on the slippers saying “please do not take them home” is also only in Japanese. I can understand some Japanese, but for other foreign guests this may be confusing."
