"I had an overall average stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day. The staff were also nice, welcoming, and helpful. However, the biggest downside was the noise. Despite my room not facing the street directly, I could still hear a lot of outside noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep properly. Soundproofing could definitely be improved. In summary, it’s a decent place with friendly service and clean rooms, but not the best choice if you’re a light sleeper."

"Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy"

"Perfect location. The hotel is spotless throughout, with compact but very clean rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and enjoyed at the rooftop facility. Staff members are friendly and helpful, and getting around as a tourist is very easy. The 24-hour reception is a great bonus, and the cleaners do an excellent job. Highly recommended. A small fridge in the room would be a great addition"

"Hygiene: Very clean, it's rare to come across such a clean IBIS. I don't wear slippers and my bare feet won't get dirty. Environment: Convenient transportation, about ten minutes to the airport Facilities: Compared with other hotels in Tunisia, the facilities are relatively new. Service: The service attitude is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic. There are not enough hot dishes for breakfast, but the rest is good and it's ok to stay."

"We were looking for a cheap hotel in a central location and we had found just that. Everything in the hotel is simple and doesn’t try to be something that it isn’t. However, the furnishings seem a little dated an may need an upgrade soon. The Wifi needs to be improved as we couldn’t connect to the wifi whatsoever. The chap at the desk is very friendly"

"Overall, this place offers great value for money. This street is full of hotels named after different countries. The hotel is on a somewhat run-down street, and yes, there will be trash, but it also gets cleaned up. If you're booking a day tour, it's not too far from the meeting point. It was Ramadan, and the owner recommended a good place to eat. The room was quite comfortable for a solo traveler. You might need to ask the front desk for a hairdryer."

"This hotel was excellent. A male staff member named ZOUHAYER at the reception desk checked me in, and when I mentioned that I had an early morning flight the next day and asked about taxis, he was very helpful and polite. He was a very kind person. (I have received permission to mention his name.) Shampoo and body soap are provided in the room. The room was very clean, had air conditioning, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there."
