Four bedroom, 2.5 bath house with living, dining, kitchen, screened porch, and back deck. Water on two sides of the property - our dock is right outside the front door. Behind the house to the north/right is our forest/marsh area, home to a great horned owl, red-headed woodpeckers, and a few deer. A five-minute walk down the field brings you to our shoreline - a great place to catch red drum, speckled trout, or stripers/rockfish on any incoming tide. In 2024, Mother Nature removed much of the sand here, so this coastline is mostly red clay. There is a sandbar in our creek that is nice. I don't know what Mother Nature has done to it this winter - she always changes its shape during the winter. But there should be a sandbar in Summer 2025 that is accessible by boat (if we are here, we can taxi you) or Kayak (we have three kayak/paddle combos). The sandbar is less than a mile from our dock via kayak. What can you do on this property?
