The park features a tennis court, basketball court, large playground, swings, and a large shaded grass field. Green Park is directly across the street in front of the house.The house is a 1930's cottage featuring an archway and coved ceilings common of the period. Renovated with beautiful new fixtures and modern amenities allowing the original vintage character and charm to shine through. Menlo Park House features 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens), 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub/shower, 1 shower) and 2 kitchens. There is a sofa bed in the living room if an extra 5th bed is needed. Sleeps 8 comfortably.The house has an eat in kitchen and cozy living room. Each bedroom boasts luxurious beds and bedrooms tastefully decorated.
