"Hotel location: Excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, in the commercial area near the station. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle.
Environment: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are quite new.
Cleanliness: The hotel room cleanliness is good, but the carpet at the foot of the bed was visibly dirty. The carpet is specified by the brand management and cannot be removed; they need to have a cleaning SOP for it.
Hotel service: The front desk performed well during check-in, but they weren't professional enough when handling emergencies. When I called the front desk at 7:00 AM because of the noise from a group checking out in the corridor, the front desk only offered explanations and didn't immediately send staff to the floor to dissuade or remind them. This was unprofessional, and there was no follow-up call to appease us.
Room size: The room size in this hotel is smaller compared to other Holiday Inn hotels, more comparable to budget hotels like Hanting."
