"The front desk supervisor Wei Liumei really doesn't deserve the title of ”supervisor”. She clearly didn't see the order clearly and asked me to call Ctrip to confirm it myself. That would have been fine, but she also had a bad attitude when I arrived at the scene. I gave her two points for service, which is too high and does not do justice to the other excellent service staff of Sky Bridge. Other than this guy, the Skybridge trip was perfect."

The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot for convenient parking. Hotel services, room facilities, sanitary conditions, etc. are acceptable, liveable, and the price is not high. The breakfast is really not good, the quality is not high, not like the level of a hotel restaurant."

This time I stayed at Tianyan Travel. It was a hotel that both adults and children liked very much. I said I would stay here again next time."

"This stay experience exceeded expectations! The room is spacious and bright, the hygiene is very meticulous, the bedding is clean and refreshing, and the bathroom has no water stains. The location of the hotel is quiet, the surrounding facilities are complete, convenience stores and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk, shopping and eating are very convenient. The service staff is kind and responsive, making people feel very warm. Although the breakfast is not particularly rich, there are home-cooked foods such as porridge, buns, side dishes and the taste is not bad. The price is reasonable, the price is very high, and I will choose here if I have the opportunity in the future!"
