"The front desk supervisor Wei Liumei really doesn't deserve the title of ”supervisor”. She clearly didn't see the order clearly and asked me to call Ctrip to confirm it myself. That would have been fine, but she also had a bad attitude when I arrived at the scene. I gave her two points for service, which is too high and does not do justice to the other excellent service staff of Sky Bridge. Other than this guy, the Skybridge trip was perfect."

"Going to Pingtang to see this old star hotel selected by Tianyan, I was not disappointed! The room is very spacious, the smart device is very convenient to use, the bedding is soft enough to let people sleep in the bed. The breakfast is super rich and tastes very good. The hotel parking lot has plenty of parking spaces, very close to the attractions, you can walk around, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, take the initiative to help with luggage, very good, really, this price can have such an experience really worth it!"

"The hotel has first-class hardware facilities, grand and luxurious decoration, spacious and comfortable corridors, three elevators that can be easily accessed, smooth check-in procedures, and a flat parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The downside is the breakfast. I went down to the first floor to eat at 8:35. There was no alcohol lamp under many food containers (the temperature today was 2°-7°), and most of the food was cold, especially the milk."

"The sanitation is pretty good, very clean, the parking lot is also very large, there is a pedestrian street downstairs with a lot of food, but every time you park and leave, you have to go to the front desk to register, which is a bit troublesome. Once we went to register, but the reception was too busy to enter it in time, resulting in us being charged parking fees when we left, which was a bit annoying."

"The location is very good, belonging to the local old hotel, to the commercial street and the main road of the water dragon activities are very close, quiet at night, the river view room is very quiet. Because it was during the Water Dragon Festival, the original booked room type had not been cleaned out. The two beautiful young ladies at the front desk also upgraded the room type for free. It was really intimate, parking was free, and I was generally satisfied. I looked forward to coming again next year."
