"Great location just came out Taitung railway station walk 3min to reach the hotel. Breakfast is great and also provides supper for weekday nights. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel also provides laundry service that is good for hot weather that can have clean clothes. The staff are very polite. Taking the bus to the city is convenient. Will come back again for the next trip."

"Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed.
Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door.
Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes.
2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor.
Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately."

"I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and transportation is also very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and proactive in helping with any questions, which was very caring. The breakfast was very varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was excellent. Overall, it was a great value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends."

But the hotel does provide free shuttle service but you have to pre book beforehand."

The toilet is separated into wet and dry areas and is very clean. You can also see from the mirror that the hotel is very attentive in its management. Thank you for giving me and my family such a great accommodation experience!"

"Pros: The breakfast and late-night snack options are plentiful, with slight daily changes in the menu. There are many vegetable choices, and my favorite was the spicy duck blood, which exceeded my expectations. Water, drinks, biscuits, and hand sanitizer are always readily available in the lobby, which is very thoughtful. Room 703 on the 7th floor (double bed) was quite large and relatively quiet, probably because most of the other guests on the same floor were elderly and went to bed early, so there were no noisy children. The EVA slippers provided in the room were great; they're not made of fabric and can be worn while showering. The hotel provides parking spaces, which is convenient. Located near Tiehua Village, there are many restaurants to choose from, all within a 15-minute walk. The bathroom and bed are separated by a large glass partition, allowing you to watch TV while showering, which is quite unique.
Cons: A clump of hair was found on the toilet floor during check-in. The faucet base on the sink was moldy; I recommend using bleach to remove the mold regularly. There was no clothes rack in the room, only simple hooks, which is insufficient. The bathroom also lacked a clothes rack, with only a shelf in the shower area, making it difficult to dry clothes and towels."

GGuest UserThis time I stayed in Room 303 for the New Year. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were swings and slides in the room. Children had fun. Adults could relax and the balcony scenery was excellent! The proprietress of the hotel is also very caring, introducing a lot of food and scenic routes to us ～ The lobby also has a game room, coffee machine, small snacks, and delicious breakfast 😋 Overall it is highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe shop has a first-class environment, invincible sunrise scenery and star night view. The owner's service is first-class, five-star hotel breakfast, and introduces Taitung to a good place.
However, it is recommended to call the owner before going to grasp the actual road section, which is easier to reach directly.
The store is beautifully furnished and plants are decorated, and many places to close.

AAnonymous UserFrom August 12-15, I was here for both hot air balloon flight and paragliding. First time in Taitung and the hot air balloon company recommended to get accommodation at Luye township instead of Taitung city. If you plan to hire chartered ride, stay in Taitung city.
The resort offers breakfast (if you opt-in); and dinner at their restaurant that only serves steamboat. The restaurant doesn't serve lunch. Yup, you heard it right, NO lunch and this property is a resort.
Staff are courteous. Unfortunately, my feedback about my room kettle emitting odor after boiled was not attended.
Transportation....you definitely need chartered service.

Its prime location offered superb convenience with plenty of amenities nearby and excellent transportation links. The price was very reasonable, leading to an overall highly satisfying experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserRoom rate $3545/The lady at the front desk who checked in that day had a grumpy face but no smile at all (this is our second stay, but there won't be a third time). It's acceptable to be told that there are no disposable amenities, but what's unacceptable is that after entering the room, I found that there were no disposable or reusable slippers, so I called the front desk to tell them. She said that she needed slippers and they were not cheap, 60-80 each, which is ridiculous. (The lady said it was because his slippers were thick). There are carpets inside. Do you want us to walk barefoot? The carpets don’t look very clean. Of course we have to wear our outdoor shoes to walk around in the room. It is very inconvenient, especially after taking a shower. We really need to report this to the owner. Since you are responding to the government’s activities, you also have to consider the actual internal conditions of your hotel and not cause any inconvenience to the guests!
I also suggest that there is a small afternoon tea room on the first floor which serves some powdered coffee drinks and simple and cheap biscuits. I think it can be removed

AAnonymous UserA wonderfully located hotel that has the mountain view as there is no other tall buildings around it. Parking is convenient - just outside the hotel, hotel basement or an open-air parking area opposite the hotel.
Room is very spacious and two full sized luggage can be opened comfortably with ample walking space. The toilet is big as well. There is bread and coffee/tea/juice available 24 hour. Instant noodles vending machine is available too. There is no convenience store around the hotel.
Wide variety of food is available during breakfast - porridge with condiments, cooked food, toast, fruits, salad etc.
Totally enjoyed the view that the room has to offer!

Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Express A to the ferry harbor in 20 minute ride with a 30 minute bus interval.
