"It is close to Kamisawa Station. The hot springs aren't spacious, but they are nice. There isn't a convenience store right next door, but it is just a short walk away. If you are visiting Suwa, I highly recommend this place."

"The room I booked was a regular tatami room, but the lake view was great. The hotel service was really considerate and thoughtful. I arrived early and was told during check-in that there was a free bus tour of the four major shrines of Suwa, including a driver's explanation throughout the trip. Due to my poor Japanese, I only understood the general idea and didn't understand any of the details. The four shrines of Suwa Taisha were originally quite scattered, but now it's easy to take them all. The breakfast was made with local specialties and was very healthy."

"This was the hotel I enjoyed most during my trip to Japan (the other two were also very good). It's a newly renovated hot spring hotel right on the shores of Lake Suwa. Facilities: The hotel offers a one-night stay with two meals, with breakfast and dinner included in the room rate. There's an indoor onsen on the 6th floor and another terrace onsen with a lake view. They have red and white baths, hence the name ”Red and White.” The restaurant is on the 2nd floor, where we serve breakfast and dinner. The first floor is also spacious and clean, with a welcome glass of sparkling water. Cleanliness: Every room was spotless, especially the onsen area. Ambience: Because it's located on the lake, most rooms offer a lake view. Our room was the smallest in the hotel, but it was spacious enough for two people (it could sleep up to four). The lake view is a bit off-center, but you can still see a bit. Just across the street from the hotel is the lake, and hotel guests can take a free boat ride. The boats are rarely crowded, and the scenery is truly beautiful. In August, in addition to the famous Lake Suwa Fireworks Festival, there's also a 10-minute fireworks display every evening, visible from the lakeside. Service: The service was excellent. Mr. Lee (or Li), a Chinese-speaking staff member in the restaurant on the second floor, was truly wonderful. His detailed explanation of the dinner provided a deeper understanding of the ingredients and cooking methods for each dish. After dinner, we headed up the mountain to watch the sunset (the setting for Lake Itomori in ”Your Name”), and since it wasn't easy to get a taxi down, the hotel provided flashlights for us. They also helped us get a taxi the next morning. Overall, this is a hot spring hotel with excellent service. Highly recommended!"

Secondly, the room is not only large, but also has a separate hot spring pool. Everything in the room is fine, and it is no problem to come here empty-handed. Toiletries, razors, various skin care and hair products, all have. You can also go to the mixed bath hot springs on the top floor of the 6th floor. The idea here is very chic, when entering the hot spring, men and women must wear a special clothes, similar to swimsuits. "非常好，值得入住！請攜程管家預約的上諏訪站的接站，工作人員開着阿爾法來接站了，特別幸運的是工作人員會中文，從接站那一刻優質周到細緻的服務就開始了，我是看日本旅遊博主住這個酒店訂的，入住到房間後會有歡迎甜點，房間全部面湖，對工作人員説想參觀旁邊的迎賓館和菊之間立即就安排了，又給了千人風呂的門票，旁邊就是小美術館和片倉館，片倉館外面洋式裏面和式，買門票參觀，千人風呂是對外營業的大温泉浴場，外立面華麗的洋式建築1928年建成，為大眾提供温泉服務，千人風呂當年很壯觀現在看起來並不大，對外800多日元一個人，中午二樓有食堂提供簡餐。過馬路就是諏訪湖，有觀光船。訂的一泊二食，晚餐西式，非常好，餐比我之前住的羅萊夏朵扉温泉明神館的強太多太多了，品質優良口味很好非常用心的一餐。每間房都有湖景風呂，有簾可調節，外面看不到的，温泉二十四小時流動，水質好，方便多次浸泡温泉，泡完很舒服。早餐有日式和西式，我選的西式非常棒，吃完元氣滿滿的一天。温店的缺點是在路邊，晚上有噪音，白天不吵，窗簾不遮光，室內拖鞋最好再放一雙新的棉質拖鞋，但優質完美的接待完全可以彌補，十一點退房後有房間號牌燙上名字贈送，讓人很驚喜然後又送去車站，並耐心周到地幫我存了行李，諏訪神社有四個交通不便我逛了車站對面超市一對比盒馬簡直就是垃圾，質次價高二樓有松本清，但不免税。在這個酒店每次無意提到的細節都會被照顧到，我這次住了十幾個酒店，有老字號輕井澤萬平、赤倉觀光酒店、有新崛起的fufu品牌輕井澤靜養之森，相比這裏的服務都是最優秀的，扉温泉明神館差評，餐食非常差。"
