"I was immediately impressed just based on location. Steele Creek is not really in Charlotte city limits but in the county of Mecklenburg. When you get to the hotel there are a great number of shopping and eating locations all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself was incredibly impressive. An open layout on the interior I was struck by the sheer space. The hotel is incredibly clean and well laid out for Lou going spaces and eating spaces and the lobby and gym. The room is the most spacious I have been in period. And the final touch was the staff. The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever been around even not in this price range. And they all seemed to sincerely enjoy each other and enjoy working at this location and for the company. I will be staying here every time I am in the area. Can’t say enough good things about it"
