"Everything about the room was great, from the view to the facilities. However, the owner only speaks Georgian, which made communication a bit difficult. On the way to the hotel, there's a cattle pen with a very aggressive white dog that barks furiously whenever it hears people. The fence is also quite low, so I was constantly worried the dog might jump over it. It was truly terrifying! The owner should really talk to the neighbors about raising the fence to keep the dog contained."

"If you are looking to be with nature very close the most beautiful mountains then Kazbegi Cottages privude you just that. It has 6 to 7 comfortable cabins, with decent rooms and bathrooms. A very nice lawn outside. Surrounded by mountains, it has a majestic all through the day. A 15 MIN DRIVE BEHIND THE COTTAGES & ONE LANDS RIGHT IN THE HEELS OF THE MOUNTAINS. Beautiful yellow flowers, green grass, cows, wild horses and right at the rear the grey, brown mountains form the magical memory of a lifetime."

"I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful."

"The bathroom in the room had a terrible stench; the smell was unbearable as soon as you opened the door. The worst part was waking up in the middle of the night to find the heating was off! In the morning, I could only brush my teeth and wash my face with cold water. The sub-zero temperatures were absolutely awful."

(Wish the balcony was a little larger. ) Would like to especially thank Diana who is not only a lovely, friendly person, she was smiley, helpful and very welcoming. She helped my friend with first aid when he cut his finger. Also, she is a climber and has climbed Mt. Kazbeg which is over 5000 metres! Thank you Diana!"

"A lovely place at the end of Kazbegi village. Beautiful both front and back mountain scenery. Calm and quiet. Easy 5 minutes walk to minivan station. Along the way there are a few supermarkets. Can clearly see the Gergeti Trinity Church from the accomodation. It is literally right in front. Booked the room with balcony mountain view: Cleanliness 💫💫💫💫💫 Size 💫💫💫💫💫 Comfort💫💫💫💫💫 Definitely recommend this place."

"Fantastic location with breathtaking views all around, even pictures don't give them justice, you have to see this in person! Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot during our stay. Restaurant in this cottage was also wonderful, food was very good and had the home made vibe, and the views in the restaurant were also fantastic of course. This is the best place to just relax and enjoy the nature as it's located at the edge of the town near the mountains and it takes some time to walk there, but it's absolutely worth it! You can do some cow/horsewatching at your own pace. Everything is quiet other than birds signing every now and then, it's just so peaceful in general. Beds were comfy and all amenities were working and clean. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you want to run away from the city and forget its problems 🦅🌸⛰"

"We stayed at Alpine Hotel in Kazbegi with a friend and absolutely loved it. The view was incredible, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff were super friendly. But the real highlight? The food. Breakfast was fresh and homemade - local cheese, warm bread, eggs, veggies, and great coffee. We also had dinner at the hotel and were so glad we did. Everything tasted authentic and comforting - especially the khachapuri! Would definitely come back. It felt like a peaceful escape with delicious food and great people."
