"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was flawless; the condo was clean and well supplied. The staff was professional and friendly. Having easy access to Table Rock Lake was an added bonus. The pool was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the stunning views of the lake and took advantage of the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and rowboat. Our fishing guide was extremely knowledgeable and made our fishing excursion enjoyable. We recommend this resort, and plan to make it our home away from home again."

"The location was great for us - right across from Silver Dollar City and they even had a bus shuttle. We arrived about 9pm and had no problem getting the access code and getting checked in. Each time we needed something we called and the call was always answered and service was immediate. Room is a little dated but was clean and we had everything we needed. Very quiet. We did visit out of season and the only reason I gave four stars instead of five is there was all the machines were empty for snacks and soda but there is a small shop next door and we walked over and got what we needed. We loved having a kitchenette and we were able to prepare most of our meals here. Thanks for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable."

"So close to silver dollar city, you can pleasantly hear the train whistle, it's location is near all. I loved the property with is water features like a water wheel and gnomes, the swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable, with as balcony as an added bonus. The personnel was outstanding, friendly, and responsive. I looked forward to coming "home" reach day of my stay. The value for our stay was outstanding. I love shady acre!"

"Very clean. Quite. Ingenuous to put this place next to restaurant Free boat slip. But needs some cleaning and landscaping Will defiantly go back in the fall. Even with being next to restaurant very quiet. Fridge in room and places to get supplies 5 min ride"

"We just called to see if they had availability for a Saturday night into Sunday as we are only in Branson for one evening as we live within 2 hours and the kids have always pointed this place out on our way through. We were extremely rudely informed that they only do weekly rentals and to try a Motel 6. What a shame."
