"The room was really clean! I used to think B&Bs were just okay and didn't have high hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The decor was quite new, even the grout lines looked fresh, and there was a smart toilet. It would've been even better if there was a shelf in the shower, as I realized the shower gel was outside after I'd stripped down, which was a bit inconvenient (scratches head). The mattress was comfortable too, I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try the food, which I heard was quite good. Getting to the 33 Caves in the morning was super fast; we were already on the bus while the first group of people was just arriving. We saw blue eared pheasants and marmots randomly along the way. I heard there are pikas in the caves, but we didn't encounter any."

"The room was OK and it was close to the scenic area. The downside was that the hotel had no walls and people could come and go as they pleased. There was no lock on the door. It was difficult to get the luggage from the front desk to the room. There was no electric car to take it."

"A restaurant recommended by an old friend. Their large plate of chicken is very delicious and the chicken meat is very good. It is the owner’s own free-range chicken! The shop is hygienic and clean, and the night view is also good. In fact, I have been to Danxia twice. The first time I was in the north gate, I felt that the commercial atmosphere was too strong. This time I chose to stay in the east gate. I felt like home, away from the hustle and bustle, very comfortable and relaxing! Recommend everyone to experience it!"

"To be fair, the landlady was fine; her service was excellent, and the location was convenient. However, the environment was absolutely terrible. There was a small gate to a large courtyard on the first floor, and three huge flies were swarming around the entrance. I had to swat them all over the place at night. The sheets also had black spots and weren't very clean. The toilet smelled terrible all night; it was separated from the room by an aluminum alloy door, and the smell was right next to the bed. If you're a girl who's particular about cleanliness, don't skimp on this place; you won't be able to handle it. I didn't sleep a wink all night."

Felt very lucky to get to be there for sunset and sunrise, see the wild animals - hares, gophers, foxes, horses, birds - and the spectacular Mountain Views. The hotel room is well fitted with every convenience and comfortable for the night. Sadly only provided with disposable towels and the view from the standard room is not particularly impressive."

"Everyone should come and stay here! The owners are an angel. We arrived on Chinese New Year's Eve, and they cooked us New Year's Eve dinner. The next day, they provided an incredibly delicious breakfast, and they even gave us a discount on entrance fees to Mount Bals with our accommodation certificate. When we went out to stargaze that night, the owners were waiting for us. The next day, they told us the best spot for sunrise. What an amazing family!"

"It was a very pleasant experience. I like to choose newly opened hotels. This hotel gave me a good impression beyond my expectations. The bathing area is designed to be separated into dry and wet areas. The toiletries are also of good quality. I like the light fragrance. The location is excellent. You can see the prayer flags fluttering on the green hillside from the room. I highly recommend staying here when you come to Ma Ti Si. After a leisurely breakfast the next day, you can be the first to climb the Thirty-three Days Grottoes, which will save you a lot of time queuing."

"The guesthouse is right next to the Sword-Split Rock, so I recommend arriving early to allow for two days of sightseeing in the area. It features smart home technology, parking, and spacious rooms. During the off-season, you can even get a free room upgrade. If your budget allows, I highly recommend the family room and the mountain-view room. The family room has floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls, so you can watch the sunrise from bed! The mountain-view room offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. The stars at night are absolutely amazing. Breakfast is also great; the potatoes were delicious. I even saw some groundhogs fighting behind the guesthouse! It's currently in its soft opening phase, so it's not crowded and the prices are reasonable. Hurry and experience it now!"
