"The hotel is within walking distance of several large shopping malls, so even during the Chinese New Year, you don't have to worry about finding food, as most restaurants in the malls stay open. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right outside. Taxis aren't expensive, and it's not too far to places like Qingxiu Mountain or the old city for some rice noodles. The room is pretty standard for a business trip – nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. However, the elevators can be a pain during peak hours. This is because they share the same set of elevators with a restaurant open to the public, compounded by the high occupancy during the Chinese New Year holiday. In the mornings, you might have to wait for several lifts just to get downstairs. The hotel's fitness facilities seem to be outsourced, but the swimming pool was wonderfully warm in winter, perfect for a swim – definitely a plus point! I was there for the 'Old Friend Noodles' (Lao You Fen), so I didn't get to try the hotel's dining options."

"It's literally the nicest hotel in the area despite being expensive. Our room overlooked the sunset and the view was beautiful. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home.Special thanks to Jackson, who made the stay perfect and was helpful every step of the way! I'll definitely come back. Perhaps the most pleasing aspect was the hotel's quiet atmosphere that allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. There were no sounds of traffic or construction to distract or annoy us, and that was a pleasant change from our normal routine. We are happy to recommend to everyone that they book their next stay for rest and recreation at the Nan Ning Shangri-La Hotel. By the way, the hotel's location is very convenient as it is central to shopping, restaurants and recreation venues. Aurelia, Jessica, Eileen, Doris, and Iris are great."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, just a two to three-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to all corners of the city. If you choose to take a taxi to Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station, it's only a short ten-minute ride, saving a significant amount of travel time. The staff's service attitude is outstanding, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They are not only warm and attentive but also patiently and thoroughly answer all inquiries. They enthusiastically recommend local dining and entertainment options, making every guest feel genuinely cared for. This trip, due to my schedule, I needed a slightly later checkout, and they graciously offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM, which was very accommodating. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, featuring a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym with plenty of exercise machines. The breakfast and Chinese restaurants are located on the 6th floor. Breakfast is quite varied, offering both Western and Chinese options to suit different tastes. The hotel is right next to the large shopping mall, Hangyang City, and Mixc City is also not far, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. What's more, you can directly access the second floor of the mall from the hotel lobby, which is incredibly handy. As night falls, the surrounding night view of the hotel is absolutely stunning, like a captivating painting. This prime location and excellent service make this hotel an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure tourists."

"In my opinion, the price/performance ratio of the hotel room is very high, and it is also very comfortable. The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. I prefer nature, so I think the outdoor garden of the hotel is very beautiful and full of natural atmosphere. I basically go there to sit every day, look at the scenery and think about things. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient, and they will try their best to satisfy what I want. I remember that there was a girl named Xiao Lu who answered the phone. Her voice sounded very nice, which made people feel happier. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"My first trip to China led me to the WANDA Realm Hotel, chosen amidst uncertainty. The hotel is amazing, Its prime location adjacent to a mall made shopping a breeze. The spacious, clean room and delightful Western breakfast added to the experience. Although I didn't capture any photos, I'd eagerly return for business or leisure. Overall, the experience, location, room quality, and staff were exceptional. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel."

"There are paid upgrade options available at the front desk for a room with an amazing view of the Yongjiang river. The upgrade price is excellent! If you need any assistant, don't hesitate to contact manager Mrs. Xia (Employee ID 962), she provides outstanding service. If you would like to experience local life in Naning and try authentic local food with local people, take a walk along Qixing Rd (七星路) behind the hotel. You'll find a variety of businesses there, like school, hospital, restaurant, fast food. I recommend Xianchi Bazhen Fenmian (仙池八珍粉面) for Laoyou Noodle (老友粉)."

"Really nice hotel with really clean and confort room. Well located few meters to the metro. The desk service was excellent even if I don’t speak Chinese. the ladies was really nice and help me to organize my stay . A special thank you to Wei Jiaxin who gave me a warm welcome and also help me to have a Chinese number. Highly recommend that place event for solo and foreigner traveler !"

"This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10"
