"The room was spotless, the surroundings were lovely, and the parking lot was spacious. It was a perfect stopover on our way through Baguacheng. What truly impressed me were the mirror-like faucets – it immediately gave me the impression that every aspect of this hotel was top-notch. Since it was the off-season, the front desk even upgraded our room! They have a washing machine, dryer, and a gym. Absolutely fantastic!!"

She was incredibly sweet, and her service attitude was absolutely top-notch – truly exceeding expectations. She was warm and thoughtful, proactively asking if we needed anything and telling us to call the front desk. She was also very attentive, reminding us of things, and never showed even a hint of impatience throughout our interactions. Communication with her was very comfortable; she spoke with a constant smile, making us feel incredibly welcomed. After we checked in, she even called to ask if we were satisfied with our room. This kind of service really makes you feel a heartwarming sense of coming home. Such a great employee definitely deserves recognition. Five stars!"

"Our stay at the Shar Starry Sky Glamping camp in Karajun Grassland was a truly rejuvenating and luxurious experience! The camp is nestled in the core area of a World Natural Heritage site, offering breathtaking views. From our window, we could see vast grasslands and continuous snow-capped mountains – the scenery was absolutely stunning.
The starry dome we stayed in was incredibly impressive. It offered unobstructed panoramic views, allowing us to watch the grassland sunset right from our bed. At night, with no city light pollution, the Milky Way was clearly visible, and the provided telescope made stargazing super convenient – the kids absolutely loved it.
Both the owner and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding 24/7. They even offered stargazing explanations. The camp provides excellent privacy, with ample space between each room, making it quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and authentic, featuring traditional flatbread (nang) and fresh milk – the grassland cuisine was delicious. Away from the hustle and bustle, falling asleep under the stars and waking up to the view of snow-capped mountains – this is what a true luxury wilderness getaway should be. Highly recommended!"

"[Experience staying at Tekes All Seasons Hotel: Heartwarming service of late-night laundry]
This time staying at the All Seasons Hotel Turks, the experience far exceeded expectations! I especially want to praise the ladies at the front desk, Ake and Xiao Su, their service attitude is really super considerate! When I needed to wash and dry clothes late at night, they not only patiently guided me on how to use the 24-hour free self-service laundry room, but also took the initiative to help me confirm the laundry process. The default cold water wash for 36 minutes and high-temperature drying for 30 minutes are very efficient. The clothes are soft and clean after washing. Disinfectant is also provided free of charge. Perfect details!
What touched me most was that Ake and Xiao Su followed up on my needs throughout the whole process. When they were on duty late at night, they specially reminded me to retrieve my clothes and even helped to hang them up neatly. This serious and responsible attitude really makes people feel warm. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and it is highly recommended to all friends who come to Tekes! I will definitely choose here again next time. Thanks to the All Seasons team for their hard work! 🌟"

"Let me start by saying this place gets a huge, unequivocal thumbs-up!
**Value for Money**: Absolutely amazing value! There were five of us, and it cost less than 100 per person. Honestly, it was a better experience than places we've stayed in Shenzhen that cost 300 per person!
**Environment**: We arrived in Tekes at night and even doubted the navigation for a bit, thinking we might be going the wrong way. But once we got there, it was lovely, looking very unique and charming. The next morning, it was exactly like my ideal rustic courtyard (and by rustic, I don't mean dated – we all agreed the design, lighting, layout, and everything else was incredibly stylish).
**In-room Experience**: The bathroom and beds were both comfortable and spotless – absolutely fantastic!
**Other**: From my personal perspective, the hosts (the gentleman and lady) were incredibly warm and welcoming. The gentleman even brought us some super sweet melon when we checked in. The next morning, as we were wondering where to get breakfast, they called out to us from a distance, inviting us to eat breakfast with them. Truly, truly wonderful.
Words can't fully express it, but I can honestly say, this place is better than most hotels and guesthouses in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. All five of us, who are usually too laid-back to write reviews, unanimously insisted on writing a serious good review. Wishing the owners great success in their business!"
