"Having stayed in various accommodations along the Ili loop in winter, I can confidently say this hotel offers incredibly poor value for money. For 1600, even with a suite upgrade, its flaws are glaring:
1. There's no distinct front desk; it's integrated with the restaurant. It's priced like a luxury retreat but feels more like a homestay.
2. No shuttle service whatsoever. We relied entirely on walking, and while a butler helped with luggage, it was still inconvenient. Other camps in the area provide shuttle transfers.
3. The underfloor heating was inadequate. Although they responded promptly when we reported it, which was good, it broke down again in the middle of the night after being fixed. This left the room freezing, and we all started showing cold symptoms.
4. Breakfast was abysmal. For a 1700-priced stay, the breakfast quality was comparable to a 200-dollar hotel.
All in all, this is the worst value-for-money hotel I encountered on the winter Ili loop. Aside from the decent environment, the price simply isn't justified. I hope the owner takes the time to learn from other camps in the same price range. I'm quite disappointed and have already reported my honest feedback to the platform."

"This stay was very satisfying! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the room type was upgraded. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hygiene details are impeccable, and even the corners are spotless. The facilities are complete, including smart toilets, high-speed WiFi and mini bars. The sound insulation effect is also great, and there is no interference from the outside world.
The hotel is in a prime location, with convenient dining and shopping around. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the scenic spot by taxi. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, especially the freshly cooked noodles and freshly ground coffee. A small gift was also given at check-out, which made me feel warm. The overall cost-effectiveness is super high. It is highly recommended for business travel or tourism vacation. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to this city!"

"Good location in the city center, high cost performance, about 360/night, the Sirdasi barbecue restaurant across the road is delicious and cheap 3r/skewer, the Kao Shangla barbecue downstairs has good reviews online, the convenience store downstairs sells a large yogurt for only 5r, I like Tekes so much, it is very suitable for life, the Mayusu milk skin ice cream is also great, next time I have time, I will come to experience Kalajun"

"This time I came to Xinjiang to travel and stayed in the most comfortable hotel. The environment is particularly good, the yard is clean, and it feels very comfortable to walk in, making people relax at once. "Belongs to Turks very good hotel! Cost-effective! Good location! Convenient transportation, close to the bus station 150 meters! The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are reasonably arranged, and the wet and dry are separated. The two beautiful waiters at the front desk smiled and were kind! Also gave a small package of local dried fruit gifts. I stayed at 10.29 and there is freshly ground coffee. Not far from the food street, the beauty at the front desk recommended ”come on, Akasi” grazing rice is delicious! This time I am very satisfied with Ogyu! The experience is very strong! "Location: A two-minute walk from the parking lot at the back of the mountain, very convenient. It's a bit further to the Wusun Ancient Trail, about a half-hour walk.
Cleanliness: Very clean. The RV has air conditioning and heating, plenty of hot water for showers, and a quiet environment for sleeping.
Service: The receptionist was very attentive, providing water and helping to contact a driver – five-star service. Breakfast is also generous.
Environment: There are black, white, and gray rabbits and two cats in the yard. The black one is very pettable, while the gray one can only be gently petted, not held. The dining tents offer views of the mountains and stream; the yard has a hammock, swing, and even some old-fashioned desks, chairs, and blackboards from the village school, creating a nostalgic atmosphere."

"Traveling with two kids, we booked the family suite, and the room was absolutely massive! The kids loved it. The bathroom was also huge and featured a three-way dry/wet separation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sofa looked really high-end and stylish, clearly not cheap. There was also a mini-fridge in the room, and the whole place was smart-enabled – the little ones even chatted with the smart assistant [facepalm emoji]. The shower water was nice and hot with great water pressure. The service was attentive and thoughtful; anything we needed was delivered by a robot. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the kids ate very well. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely come back for my next conference!"

AAnonymous UserVery easy to find a homestay, just on the edge of Turks County. About 18 minutes by car, the boss contacted us in advance. The room facilities are very complete and comfortable. There are humidifiers, face towels, and alcohol cotton pads. I never expected them. The room has a wide view and the view is too great. I didn't expect to have such a homestay on the side of the county seat, it is highly recommended!

The room experienced a power outage last night, probably due to high power consumption, so the owner treated us to wontons the next morning—delicious! 😋 The room wasn't small and had radiators. There was a swing in the courtyard, which was great for taking pictures.

RRakdoiWe had a great stay here at Xinyejian Homestay! The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a radiator and heated bed so we never felt cold at all. The hosts were also friendly, attentive and caring, they responded quickly on WeChat, and helped us arrange for a driver to Qiongkushitai and back to Tekes as we did not drive our own car. They also recommended a very good horseman who brought the horses right to the homestay to begin horse riding to Sunwu Road and Gaoshan Hu. We went in the first week of September and the grass was still green, there are slopes at the back and next to the homestay with occasional grazing sheep, horses and cows to explore. It is at a good location, between the entrance to the back mountains and Qiongkushitai village/ Wusun road, the walk on foot is about 20 minutes each way. The hosts also sent us walking route directions and offered to send us by car to the back mountains, he also picked us up from the village car park on our first day. At night we could see the Milky Way and the stars, and it is very quiet at night. The hosts also prepare a daily breakfast and we ordered a yummy dinner as well on one of our nights there. Would recommend everyone to choose this homestay.

GGuest UserThe quiet courtyard in Tekes Bagua City is clean and feels especially like home! The internet celebrity check-in street is right at the doorstep, making it very convenient for dining. If you go to Bagua City, you can take a horse-drawn carriage. This is a city where horse-drawn carriages can run freely on the road. There are no traffic lights in the whole city, and it will not cause congestion and chaos. The local chicken hotpot not far from the doorstep is especially delicious! If you have had enough of lamb skewers, you can try it 😁 The breakfast at the B&B is simple but very delicious!

GGuest UserOne of the best homestays in Qiongkushitai Village. The location is excellent, the view is wide, and you can overlook the whole village. Watching the sunset and stargazing are excellent.
It is said that there is also a private grassland, which is beautiful, but unfortunately there is no chance to try.
The restaurant is very beautiful, there are windows on all sides, and the windows are paintings. The main Sichuan cuisine is authentic. There is also bartender, but unfortunately the bartender is not there and there is no taste.
The waiter's brother and sister are very interesting and very nice.

The noodles for breakfast and the vegetables were all pure green food grown by the boss and his wife. The boss even drove us to the clinic in his own car because our child had a cold and fever. They and his wife are so down-to-earth and kind, and everyone loved it. I won’t post the pictures. I’ll put them in the yard. If you want to stay in the hotel, you must come here to experience it. When chatting with the boss, she said that every tree in the yard and every potted flower were planted by her own hands. Such a homestay run by a person who loves life and has a good heart can feel every detail. She said that doing a homestay is to share the beauty, show the beauty of her heart, and attract guests with the same frequency to stay. The homestay is a bridge to build friendship for her. We also unconsciously ate a handful of dog food. The boss and the proprietress are the first love of each other. The homestay is a gift from the boss to her. Her name is Simeng, and the homestay uses the dream word in her name. My wife turned around and looked at me. I hurriedly said that I had to work hard for such a big gift. It's so good, I saw true love. This is an unexpected little surprise on the way.

The environment is 100 points! The 3-hour drive on the mountain road was worth it, it was so beautiful.
It rained when we went there on the first day, which gave it a different flavor. It was already beautiful.
The sky was clear when we had breakfast the next day. It was so beautiful. On one side was the forest stream, on the other side were the cattle and horses on the grassland. The smoke from the herdsmen's houses was rising, and the mountain mist filled the air.
I didn’t have any itinerary planned in the morning, so I just took photos and drank coffee at the hotel, 48 a cup. The book cafe seemed to be under renovation and there was no one around. I ordered coffee in the restaurant.
There is floor heating in the room, so it won't be cold at night. Check-out is delayed until 1 o'clock. Dinner is a little expensive, mainly because there are fewer of us. Otherwise, if there are many people, we can order hot pot. It's raining, and it's quite comfortable to eat hot pot and chat.
After checking out, we went to Qiongkushtai Village. There was a traffic accident in the back mountain, so we didn’t stop much and returned.
Not far from the hotel is Kayingde. Horse riding there is also a very good experience. There are few people, the grasslands are beautiful, and there are forests.
I will stay here again when I come to Qiongkushtai in the future.
