"Room services communication needs to be addressed. It was difficult to communicate with Reception as the phone kept ringing. Tv and fridge not working in one of the rooms. Unfortunately, this was not communicated .Staff very friendly, and facility looked perfectly clean.I can go back for another romantic vacation with my wife if I get the chance."

"The staff in the hotel were very helpful. I stayed for 4 nights. When I checked in on day 1 I went to my room. The room was very dusty and there were holes in the carpet. The bath was running when I got to the room and I couldn’t turn it off. I contacted reception to report the issue and they agreed to change my room after someone come to look at the issues. Checked into the second room and the theme was the same. Dusty carpets and skirting boards, bathroom not the cleanest either. Other than the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel is nice & the staff are friendly. The hotel is in need of a refurb though"

"Even though this hotel is on the list of Travelodge hotel with air-conditioning, the staff tries to gaslight that it is not supposed to have air-conditioning. During the night it turns off by itself at random times. Sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after 20 etcetera. Waking up in sweat and have to turn it back on is not so pleasant after booking this hotel specifically for air-conditioning. "

"Couldn't set the temperature any lower than 20c. Had to take the duvet out of the case & sleep under the case Nb TRIED to sleep - far too hot. Especially as the windows were sealed. Told reception the next morning, as we left. They reset the controls so it would go down to 19c. That would still be far too hot. They advised, in future, to ask for a room with a window that could be opened. The staff were very friendly. Parking was good - right outside & only a few £s. Bathroom was clean. Would be good to have the mirror with anti-fog on, just like they do in Travelodge!"

"Room is nice and clean. Location is great, just next to the main road. Carpark is not free, charges £5 if not booking the room through their website. Rmb not to buy their breakfast, it’s just breakfast boxes that can be bought cheaper at the hotel. It is also convenient to just have breakfast at restaurants next to the hotel. There’s no lift, so need to take luggage upstairs."

Continental breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, also bacon, scrambled eggs and beans included. Staff very helpful, I would book to stay again ."
