"Check-in staff was rude and I didn’t even get notified by 3pm for check-in. Room floors were dirty with crumbs around dining table and on chairs upon check-in but cleaning staff quickly vacuumed when I requested. Otherwise rest of room was clean and location/pool great."

The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also loved the location, which was convenient and beautiful. One of the most fantastic moments was seeing kangaroos outside our room, which made the experience even more special and unforgettable. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"I have stayed here before and have found all to be excellent. The proximity to my 90 year old Mums nursing home being the drawcard. This time however, on one of the days we stayed, we were not able to shower as there was a leaky pipe, and the water was turned off so they could fix it. Not their fault, but as we only stayed 3 days and were out early every morning (old ladies have zero tolerance for being late) we found it disappointing and so marked it down from ‘excellent’ to ‘good.’"
