"They stayed at the Torzok Hotel in July 2026 for one night. They drove from St. Petersburg to Penza with their parents. They arrived late at night, but we were very warmly met by the administrator on the resepshen and quickly placed. The morning was a good breakfast in the Swedish table format included in the cost of accommodation. After breakfast we continued the journey, and somewhere in the middle of the road, my mom found that she left her favorite jacket in the room. It was far back, so we called the hotel and asked if we could send it to the SDCOM. The hotel staff kindly agreed to help and sent a jacket to our city for free! Thank you very much for your responsiveness and help! It is a pleasure to meet such a human attitude. You are good! We will definitely recommend this hotel."
