"My spouse and I used two single rooms. The building is L-shaped and nine stories high, and depending on the room, you can enjoy views of the east, west, north, or south from the windows. There are spacious beds, a clean communal bath, a laundry room, and a sufficient breakfast is provided. Newspapers such as Nikkei, Asahi, Yomiuri, and Sankei are available in front of the elevator on the first floor, and various pillows can be selected in front of the elevator on the guest room floor. The room air conditioning has adjustable temperature settings, and the internet speed is fast. A room key card is required to use the elevator, communal bath, and laundry room (for security)."

"The room is so spacious. I have booked 3 rooms, but turn out 1 room had a strong cigarette smell. The staffs changed the new room for us immediately. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style and both are so good. The soft cream at restaurant reminded me of childhood softcream. They also provided free bar both day and night time. The staffs are so nice and polite. Love this place. Will definitely go back again."

"Since my flight back to Tokyo was from Tajima Airport, I was torn between staying in Kinosaki Onsen or Toyooka the night before. However, I chose Toyooka because I wanted two rooms in a hotel, no meals included, a large public bath, and the option to eat out. I had never heard of Toyooka before, but it was the first result in my search. I checked in at 5:30 PM, and the front desk was staffed by four people and seemed quite lively. I figured there must be business travelers because of its proximity to the airport. The room was spacious, and the card key entry was convenient. I also appreciated being able to choose my preferred pillow. Newspapers and free drinks were provided."

"The location is very good. It is right next to Jizo-yu. The service is very good. Snacks are provided from the moment you check in. There are snacks all the way until after you take a bath in the evening. I like to sit on the third floor to drink tea the most. It is very comfortable. The service staff is very nice. "Location was walkable, but just far enough to be an ordeal in the snow. It's close to the Aisly mall for a quick good run and lots of restaurant options along the way. When I tried to check in at the front desk, the older front staff didn't believe that I was at the right hotel and kept doubting me. While he was polite about it, it was irritating after a 3 hr train ride and rough hike through the snowy slush. It appears someone had marked me as already checked in and I had to prove my identity & booking number. While the staff apologized for the mistake, it didn't feel great Points for a great view from my room though"
