"Lovely hotel clean I paid for a balcony over sea on second floor it was great with sun loungers. Room only for one person really as tight getting round end of bed. 210 I think Good food Breakfast and evening meal. Staff. Reception staff and waitresses very good. Always smiling especially the waitresses. A lift to rooms did not use pool great area outside dining room to watch the sun go down on the beach front. Lots of chairs tables for you to eat outside if not windy. Expensive drinks. Only one complaint. THE barman waiter was awful no smile. Could not be bothered to tell me about the wine list got our order wrong as he just did not care It did have an affect on my holiday as you don’t want this sort of behaviour when you are away. If he does not like people then don’t do the job this was not personal to me everyone in our group felt the same For me too far away from Trapani 30 mins walk to get there. I have had surgery so might be fine for others."

"I stayed at this marvelous hotel from 18.July- 22.July. I travel a lot but this hotel really impressed me in so warm way:) There is bus going from Trapani airport and stops 300m from hotel. Hotel is located in central part of Trapani city and very close to beach and beautiful parks with lot of flowers and palms. Old town is just 10 minutes away by foot. Beach is just few minutes away. Main walking street with lot of shops and Gelato cafes is just 2 blocks away. When I arrived to hotel, I was so impressed by beauty around, I was happy already before enter reception. When I check inn, I noticed how friendly and helpful is stuff. I adore this personal approach, felt special from first minute. All days and everyone who is working here is very helpful, smiley, polite. Stuff is just gem of that place, each of them is real treasure and made my stay so special. I have double room in 2 floor. Room was very clean, lot of space, with nice art pieces on walls. Bed was very comfortable, I had good sleep here. Breakfast is super timing for those who love sleep more in vacation- from 7:00 - 11:00. There are lot of choice for those who love salty and sweet. You can try traditional Italian cakes. And all types of coffee drinks are available:) All stuff here is so polite and helpful- I enjoy every breakfast:) If You want to visit places around Trapani, reception will help You with information. I adore everything about this super hotel. Thank You for being so special, hotel Vittoria. Barbie from Latvia will never forget You and will come back 100%:) I suggest to everyone this place if You want expierence very special attitude:) Love love from smart Blonde:) "

"Great location with easy access to transport, and within comfortable walking distance of the city, which made exploring really convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay, which made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. The only downside was the noise — sound carries quite a lot, so you can hear cleaners early in the morning, people talking in the corridor, and doors slamming. Installing soft-close doors would be a great improvement. Aside from that, everything else was very good."

"Avoid this hotel if you can. Our room was directly above an extremely noisy bar. Sleeping until 2:00 am was out of the question. Annoying and unprofessional behaviour of the staff: First they offer exactly this room on site as an upgrade, although they know about the noise from the street. The next morning, the customer is not taken seriously and there was an absolutely unacceptable response to the complaint, which we will now address directly to the operator Best Western. Conclusion: If you want to sleep, don't book here."

"Nice deck overlooking the ocean and pool. Modern hotel. 30 min walk to town and 30 minute walk to the gondola. Nice walking and biking path just outside the hotel along the main road and ocean. Hotel is beside the busy main road, in the middle of nowhere. Room was small. Good breakfast. Pretty average dinner the seared tuna at €18 was overcooked and not very flavourful. Restaurant staff efficient but not overly friendly."

"Hotel Vittoria is an older hotel - quite nostalgic I must say! Just look at the key of the room! Totally old style, but super cool! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the room was big and clean and very simple. The bed was bigger than what we usually had during our Sicily trip and it was very comfy ... I'd say it reflected the size of the room ... 😂 The breakfast next morning was very nice - we had eggs, crêpes, cakes, fruits, ... a lot to choose from and again, very helpful and friendly staff. Those heads on the pictures were all on tables on the way to the dining room ... Unfortunately, I forgot to take more pictures of the hotel, but instead, I will add some pix of Trapani where in the evening we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets of our trip ... And that tree! OMG! What a personality! 😍"

"We stayed here at the end of the season and had the place largely to ourselfs. The staff had obviously been reduced so service was not the best but did not really impact our stay. The location is good, a short drive to major sites. Its also very peaceful and a beautiful location. Our room was large and comfortable but the windows are small - but there was a beautiful view. We ate one night in the resturant which was spectacular five star event. We had ond day by the beautiful pool before bad weather moved in. The only downside to this property is the lack of food options. It would have been nice to have simpler meal option."
