It’s starting to look its age but can see the staff very hardworking and friendly which is always a plus. "The hot spring with a spectacular view on the 7th floor was amazing! It's a pet-friendly hotel, so next time I'd like to stay with my dog! The food was delicious, and the complimentary coffee and dandan noodles for a late-night snack were also great! However, I went on a weekday, and the Mount Tsukuba shuttle bus, which gets you close by by bus, was inconvenient as the last bus leaves at 3pm. I recommend coming early! If I had to be greedy, I would have preferred if there were buses available until around 4pm or 5pm."
