We asked the hotel to refund the amount or at least leave it on credit and after 60 days they responded that they would not do either. The amount of R$7548 was charged in full. Demonstrates the humanity of the service."

"Very disappointing experience with Denmoza Eco Lodge. I followed all the instructions provided to reach the lodge, but due to heavy rain and mud, the road became completely inaccessible and unsafe. As a result, I was unable to even reach the property or use the service I had paid for. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer support afterward. I contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and PayPal, requesting a refund or at least a response, and never heard back. I understand nature conditions are unpredictable, but ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable."
