"I don't understand the hotel's good reviews. The breakfast is a disaster and not sufficient. We've had the same four choices for three days now. The rooms are okay, but our mattress was defective, and I slept on springs. When I reported it, they just smiled. For the price, you can definitely get better deals in the area. The area is a nice walk to the sea, and the passage is also beautifully designed. But unfortunately, this isn't enough—once and never again."

"Currently here and it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The food is awful and with 3 children from 14-7 we have eaten out most evenings. Chicken and pork is the constant on the menu, puddings are not even worth a taste. Staff are rude, hotel is dated. Sunbeds are plenty which is about the only plus. Pool bar isn’t included in the all inclusive. I would strongly suggest paying a bit extra and going and staying somewhere you can at least have a decent dining experience!"

"I really want to recommend this hotel to everyone especially adults that search for a relaxing quiet and amazing hotel. The food is amazing starting with the breakfast and closing with the dinner. They have diversified food that are extremely delicious (also for vegans vegetarians and kids), also everything is perfectly clean,the swimming pool area very well maintained they offer you sunbed towels. Extremely beautiful on the terrace . The personal very friendly welcoming and nice. The bathrooms were so futuristic and elegant . We will definitely come back next year again."

"I really liked it, the room was clean, cleaned every day, the room is dark, which can be an advantage or a disadvantage, breakfasts are good, you have to order what to take care of and the quantity, but for me it was sufficient, the service was very nice, helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, there are shops and bars, unfortunately in bars you pay in cash. The beach is close, you can get to the center by bus almost from the hotel about 20-30 minutes. To the airport about 50 minutes with 1 change in the center."

The level of cleanliness in the rooms smells of sewage, we were sitting in the pool when 3 boys came in a bully way and wanted to charge us 100 euros for snacks and drinks that we brought with us,"

"The hotel occupies one of the most distinctive buildings in St Konstantin and Helena and enjoys taking a central location next to shops and cafes. In fact, the breakfast is served in a local cafe rather than in the hotel itself (although hotel guests can't eat breakfast in the garden for some reason.) The breakfast food was delicious. The reception is polite, rooms are clean. Our room was on the small side (at the expense of large balcony) and the shower and basin are IN the rooms and not in a separate en-suite which means you can only share with people you know very well! ;-) A couple of minor complaints that let the hotel down are the fact that while there is a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room, guests are charged per drink. There is no bottled water (free or paid for) in the mini bar to use to make coffee and there is no provision of milk, nor milk powder. We went to reception to ask for some but they said they don't provide this. The single use shower gel shampoos and miniscule. The lighting is poor around the mirror...there is a hanging light next to the mirror so I can't see to put my make up on. However the fact that access to the Aquahouse Spa is INCLUDED in the room price is a great benefit and compensated for these irritations. Also, had we booked with more notice, the room would have been cheaper. As it happens, we paid a high price for booking at short notice which probably affected how I felt about the Primorski's value for money."

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unfriendly and showed little to no interest in helping guests. Every question or request was met with irritation, and some issues were simply ignored. The room was dirty, with dust, a poorly cleaned bathroom, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The food was also very disappointing. The selection was very limited, many dishes were served cold, and the quality of the ingredients left much to be desired. The menu barely changed from day to day, so after a couple of days we didn’t even want to eat there anymore. Overall, our impression of the hotel was extremely negative. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service. We would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone."

"I was booked as a ALL Platinum end of September. I'm not a big fan of the all-inclusive places you find around here, but my trip was just to come to play some golf. Sadly, received an email 2 weeks ahead of my stay the they were closing earlier and they couldn't host me. Nikolai took great care of doing everything possible to please me in relocating me and yes, to a more luxurious and expensive property at their own cost. I know the Ibis Styles is a new property. And sadly, I couldn't experience it. But the way management took care of the issue and treated me like royalty make me want to thanks them for everything they did."

"I don't know how this hotel has three stars. The bathroom was riddled with mold, the shower stall only had one wing, the sink was leaking water, and after the plumbing was repaired, it leaked even more. The food was awful; everything was cold and tasteless. We were in Bulgaria seven years ago at the Atlas Hotel and the vacation was fantastic, but at the Perunika Hotel it was a nightmare. My daughter was counting down the days until we got home. The hotel staff was not friendly; they only replaced garbage bags all week, and when I asked for clean towels, I got them after a lot of fuss."
