"Where to start with this amazing hotel…from arriving and seeing the most magnificent foyer, lovely reception staff who were welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. Although a large hotel it has a cosy feel to it, beautiful gardens overlooking the lake, a really lovely bar and separate restaurant. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and it was delicious, again overlooking the lake with a great atmosphere and lovely staff - special thank you to Valentina. Our room suite was just lovely, spotlessly clean on two levels so plenty of space, also the view from the balcony was out of this world. Highly recommend catching a ferry to Isola Bella and looking around the palace and gardens - simply beautiful. Lastly we managed a swim in the lake with direct access from the hotel garden with a mini beach area, although fresh when you first get in it was really great to do! Thank you Grand Hotel Majestic!"

"A very good private room: the location is perfect (near the pier, right in the center, everything is close, the botanical garden is a 15-minute walk away), check-in was quick, the service was very friendly (the girl at reception told me what to see and where to eat), the breakfast was good, the room was clean, had everything I needed, and it was quiet. Areas for improvement: the mattress and shower head need updating. Overall, I recommend it; I would stay again if I were in Pallanza."

"This is a lovely very clean and well maintained Glamping. We absolutely loved our stay. Personel is very friendly and very helpful. Location is very close to the lake and city center, but no need to get out. The have a bistro on site which is open for the majority of the day. Food there is very good and can also be taken out. "When you make a negative comment about this property, they immediately seem to say: fake account:) We booked through ***********. Before they say that again: *********** only allows you to make a comment once you have stayed in the place that you booked. So you cannot just make a fake account and make a fake comment. (I am posting here the same comment that i posted on booking) So, lets go: you cannot call ¨Junior Suite¨ a room that is interior (in front of the elevator and stairs) and has metal bars outside the windows and has opaque windows. A junior suite means something. The owners should look up the dictionary to see what a junior suite means. And dont give me the answer that you have different rooms and i should check them all. What you are doing is false advertising: DO NOT CALL AN INTERIOR ROOM A JUNIOR SUITE. Do not try to trick your clients. For the price 180 euros that we paid, pls go to a hotel! They should also remove the word ¨Luxury¨that they have on booking as it has nothing to do with this establishment."
