The facility is located on a very low density section of the beach where the buildings are low and spread out and there are not many beach vendors. About half the year the beach is swimmable and the other half of the year you can walk 10 minutes down the beach to where there is a safe cove to swim year round. Every November through March you can see the great whales playing from your balcony most of the day.
