Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund. 3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price. 4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year.
