"The room had a loud smoke smell that came even through the vents. I'm not sure how it did, but it did. It was not **** either, it was definitely something more sinister. I would not recommend staying here with children."

"The customer service was excellent—I especially appreciated the youngest gentleman on the team. He is doing an outstanding job and truly understands how to interact with customers. His approachable and attentive manner draws people in and makes them feel welcome. He listens carefully, humbly asks about your needs, and genuinely takes care to ensure a positive experience. Because of his exceptional service, I would highly recommend this place to others. I would rate his service as A++."
