The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is limited but of good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful, though sometimes a bit indifferent. Overall, a pleasant new hotel!"

"Used to stay at the Candlewood suites until I booked a one bedroom king: the size was perfect for 3 ppl and a dog . The hotel feels like it was opened for a few months: well maintained. . The morning cleaning crew were awesome: "Yes" is their answer with a big smile. . The breakfast staff were on top of everything. . Front desk always greeting their patrons and answering any questions. . The location is perfect: shopping stores, restaurants, and a little far from the hassle of the city. . My suggestion is to add more options for non pork eaters : chicken sausage, turkey bacon, or even beef bacon... . From now on, this will be my favorite place to stay at."

"Late check in and rude front desk staff- once you make it through the line. Expect things in your room not to work and a lot of noise. Don’t bother getting a “suite” as it’s just a family room with bunk beds and shiny painted walls- to avoid children’s sticky hands from leaving marks? This hotel is poorly run with half of the front desk staff not even speaking English properly ! They also aren’t polished or what you’d expect to see in a hotel, no manners or poise. This hotel is way overpriced for the low level of service. Want a late check out? Forget it. Always an excuse. The Hyatt place in the same area is a better value and you can walk to the beach from there and rent beach chairs in the beach. They are NOT included in the hotel price here, which is crazy with the daily fees. Do not recommend until they change management and staff. Probably fine for conventions. Not good for relaxation or comfort."

"Check-in was ridiculous. Somehow payment wasn't processed at check-in. Made trip back to desk in another building to resubmit payment. Once back at room door key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk in other building to get key reauthorized. This took the first two hours of vacation time and missed dinner with friends. Could not get anyone on the phone at front desk at any time. Building Ice maker didn't work. Staff said go to other building for ice. Worst vacation stay in last 20 years of travel."
