"This hotel is absolutely terrible! It's overpriced, and I randomly chose a town on the highway, but the experience was awful. There was hair on the bed from a previous visit, the shower cap box was empty, the sink and shower drains were clogged, and there were no disposable slippers. I asked the staff, and they said they'd bring some later, but they never did. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9 am, but when I got there at 8:30 am, it was almost completely empty and tasted awful! Absolutely awful!! The water wouldn't even run. I strongly advise anyone with OCD to avoid this hotel!!"

"I booked and paid for the room on the same day, but arrived late. The front desk assigned the room to someone else without any prior communication or notification. We were only informed upon arrival that there were no rooms available and were given a "mahjong room" instead. As consumers, we received no basic guarantee despite a successful booking. The experience was extremely poor, and they showed absolutely no integrity. I will never stay here again and do not recommend anyone else to experience this."
