"Booked online a room for one night.  We stayed at the 20th gl of the Sky Tower.  The room was bigger than most other chain hotels.  The check-in & car parking were at different buildings.  Due to the surrounding one-way streets setup, it took us a while to figure out. The room cost was separated into two portions, one paid to the booking agency (Trip.com) at reservation & the other to the Circus Circus at check-in.  At checkout, the hotel receipt showed an increase of $2.20 to the original cost when we booked online.  No reason was given to us for why.  So if you book the room similarly to what we did, do pay attention to the cost variation!"

"The floor of the bathroom had what appeared to be dried poop near the toilet and on the floor as you exited the bathroom. The maid had been in cleaning the room just before we entered. I could not believe this had not been cleaned off of the floor. I was rather disgusted. The bathroom light switch and back of the door near where you put your hand to close it was dirty, and the mirror of above the sink had what looked to be spit marks from someone using an electric toothbrush or flossing in front of the mirror and stuff flinging onto it. The room appeared to have had a base level clean out but was definitely not clean. When I told the font desk about all of this at check out I was given a simple, I am sorry, I will let the cleaning people know. It took about 5 minutes of pushing random buttons with no labels on the air conditioning unit to finally get it to come on. The beds were comfortable and the location is great for our purpose."

"Amazing Shower, three shower heads and a steamer. Comfy bed. The pillows were a bit too big, but otherwise was good stay."

"The room was clean, the infrastructure was perfect, there was a small gym, the breakfast was the finishing touch, the variety was not too much, but it was very appetizing. There is a free shuttle to the airport, praise."

"It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP"

"Would have given 5 star rating but disappointed that five of the six fitness center’s treadmills were broken and internet did not work in the room. The hotel was clean, rooms were large and comfortable, fitness center was very good (except treadmill issue).  Would stay again, though.  I believe that the hotel will fix these issues soon."

"The hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!"

"Because I was going to Lake Tahoe the next day, I wanted to live on the edge of Lake Tahoe, but I didn't want to have a very expensive room on weekends. I came from the direction of Larson Volcano and simply chose the hotel in Reno, so that the next day from the east to the most beautiful sand harbor Lake Tahoe, you can still park early, and the same is true. Breakfast is extremely simple, equal to no. The room is clean and has kitchenware, which can be purchased and processed in the supermarket."

"The lobster buffet must be tried, the children like to go to the fun center, a variety of games, we did not include breakfast, so it is not clear. There is a 24-hour restaurant on the first floor, and the children's menu is good. There is parking lot, rest assured!"
