"The hotel's decor and facilities are a bit dated. I stayed in a room on the second floor, and there was only a floor-to-ceiling glass panel separating the room from the hallway outside, so I could clearly hear people walking by. However, the room was clean and the price was good. I chose this hotel for an early morning transfer flight, and the breakfast was filling enough. The best part was the hotel's airport shuttle service; the driver was very polite and punctual."

"The Aloft Detroit is a beautiful hotel! Everyone was so nice & very professional, so friendly and very helpful. They made you feel very special. It is in a great location, right across from Tiger Stadium & Ford Field, and only 1/2 mile from Little Caesars Arena. Lots of great restaurants withing walking distance. The rooms were very nice, exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable. Will absolutely be staying at the Aloft again!"

"I chose this hotel to catch my flight. They have a free shuttle bus. Although the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are also a bit dated (the gym is okay, and the pool is bigger than most hotel pools in Detroit, about half the size of a 25-meter pool in China). Even when I was returning from a domestic business trip and arriving at the airport, a call to the hotel resulted in a car picking me up within 15 minutes, which was quite convenient. Recommended."
