"Was here for a Davos / world economic forum event. The staff are shockingly bad. Catering staff standing doing nothing while coffee and tea pots are empty - making noise, talking during a roundtable: this was by far the absolutely worse display of incompetence I have ever seen in a catering team. The toilets (which were way too few!) in the public areas were dirty, lacking toilet paper and hand wash. For what companies pay to use this venue this is an utter disgrace."

"The decoration of the hotel can be seen to be of some age, but it is very well maintained. We are on the top floor, so the roof is also made of wood. The whole room exudes the faint fragrance of wood. The bathing facilities are very useful, and slippers and soap are provided; what impressed me the most The amazing thing is the terrace, there are pictures. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. In addition to bread, cheese and yogurt, it also provides waffles, side dishes, eggs, etc. It is highly recommended to try pineapple juice and peaches, it is amazing. The hotel is almost a step away from the station, and the coop is right next to the hotel."

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn Wengen, The staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always greeted me with warm smiles, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room, adding an extra touch that made my stay even more memorable. The hotel is perfectly located in a stunning area, just a short walk from Wengen Station, making it extremely convenient. My room had a beautiful view, and waking up to such scenery was truly breathtaking. Overall, a wonderful experience—highly recommended!"

"The hotel balcony faces the Jungfrau directly, offering stunning views. The staff were courteous, and I received a welcome drink upon arrival. The room decor was cozy, though the bathroom was a bit dated. It's a bit of a walk from the station, and there's an uphill slope. I'd recommend contacting the hotel for their complimentary shuttle service, but since I didn't have a European phone number, I couldn't reach them when I arrived, making luggage transport a bit challenging."
