"The room was clean, the blankets were very comfortable, the shower had a great water pressure, parking and transportation were very convenient, and there was a New Year picture museum in front, which was definitely worth a visit."

"Checked in, told them not to throw anything away thinking it's trash because I wasn't done unpacking. Cleaner came in and threw away cardboard boxes with very expensive stuff in them. $1000 loss and five days wasted to produce custom parts she threw away. Hotel refused to compensate. After a week of discussions and trip.com intervention, they gave two extra nights in the room as their idea of compensation. Terrible experience and of course never going back there again."
