"Is this a lottery ticket? This guesthouse near the scenic area has relatively high ratings and prices, but the experience was indescribable. I arrived around 8 PM, and the receptionist spoke entirely in dialect – does she not speak Mandarin? The four-story building has no elevator, which is extremely inconvenient for people with luggage. Although the receptionist said staff could help carry it up, it felt awkward to have a middle-aged woman carrying several large suitcases. I booked two rooms, the family room being on the fourth floor, and there was no lighting in the hallway! Was it broken or was it to save electricity? There was a strong smell when I opened the room door, and when I turned on the air conditioner, wood shavings-like things fell out. The sink was covered in yellow stains, and even worse, there were dead flies in the corner of the bathroom! The blinds were also broken. A truly terrible experience."
