"This five-star hotel absolutely deserves a perfect score! From the moment we stepped in, the concierge warmly guided us, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and thoughtfully. The entire experience was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and well-maintained, practically brand new. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted amazing. The staff provided meticulous and attentive service, always ready to help with anything we needed. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. The lobby is spacious and there is tea supply service. The waiters are very nice. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver it to the door of the room. I like it 👍 I will choose this hotel next time I go to Xinyu [Happy]"

"Advantages: It's close to Baoshi Park, there's a parking lot opposite, and there are places to eat breakfast nearby, making it convenient for taking walks. Disadvantages: The parking lot isn't free, and the hotel doesn't offer parking vouchers; water leaks out of the bathroom during showers, making it very damp, and towels weren't replaced promptly after I extended my stay; the air conditioner in the room works but is very noisy when it starts up, the room has poor sound insulation, and I could hear laughter and chatter in the hallway at night, and I could clearly hear people talking loudly next door, seriously affecting my sleep; the room wasn't clean enough, there were two dead cockroaches in the morning, which was frankly very unsatisfactory, anyone would find it disgusting 🤢, and the blankets weren't changed to thinner ones according to the temperature, it was too hot to cover up, and too cold to leave uncovered, failing to provide basic humanized service. This is my first time in Xinyu in two years, and frankly, I'm very dissatisfied with my stay. I hope the hotel will investigate these issues, improve service quality and facilities, and provide guests with a comfortable and clean accommodation experience."
