"My stay here was fantastic! First off, I have to praise the hotel's ambiance; the lobby design is very stylish and immediately made me feel relaxed. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I had a really peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was the biggest surprise! The variety was incredible, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodle station and the fresh fruit were particularly delicious, rivaling a five-star hotel. The staff were also very prompt in clearing tables. For this price point, the value for money is truly outstanding. I'll definitely be back!"

"This is the worst Atour hotel I've ever stayed at, bar none. On the first day, in 26-degree weather, the air conditioning wasn't cooling, just blowing air. They said it was a central air conditioning setting. On the second day, they said the outside temperature had dropped, so they switched it to heating. I was sweating profusely in the room. Are you kidding me? As a customer, I didn't even have the right to adjust the temperature myself? And the treatment was extremely discriminatory. The twin and double beds didn't even have mini-fridges; they were all removed. It was already unbearably hot, and there was no ice water to drink. It's worse than a Ji Hotel! Absolutely awful! Super awful!"
