"Very, very poor service. As our ferry was cancelled and we were forced to leave one day earlier (after staying and paying for 2 weeks), we asked at the reception if we could have a refund for one night. She checked back with the management and told us on the next day that management approved and she only needs us to hand in the cancellation and our bank data per email. After doing so immediately, nothing happened. We asked again after 2 weeks and they told us the manager was on vacation for 3 more days and she needed to sign. So we waited 2 more weeks and asked. The manager was "still on vacation". We asked again after 2 months and they simply started ghosting us. If this is how you treat guests of several weeks then this is just poor. Mind you, 11 months have passed by and we never saw a refund. Then why did you approve in the first place? Sorry but never coming back as there is no integruity at this place. they "solve" problems by ignoring their guests."

"Feel of an upscale campground, with big swimming pool, very good restaurant that serves delicious chargrilled steaks and comfortable individual lodges. We quite enjoyed our stay, tucked away from Zonza yet easily accessible. Room is clean, equipped with a small fridge and safety deposit box. Poblem is with wifi which is only present around lobby and restaurant area but at snail slow speed."

"I managed to book a five-night stay in early July at a recently opened boutique hotel. As expected, everything looked and smelled new—from the lobby and lounge areas to the restaurant and pool. The room itself was well appointed, featuring a very spacious walk-in shower. Breakfast offers both à la carte freshly cooked hot dishes and a continental buffet. The hotel also provides a buggy service to its private area on Pinarello Beach, where towels and sun loungers are supplied for guests. If I were to highlight a few areas that prevented the experience from feeling truly five-star, they would be the following. Although the rooms are described as sea-view facing, you do have the main road in front of you as well as the car park. In my case, being on the lower floor, the view was limited to bushes, further compromised by very low deck chairs. The pool area is quite small, with two poster sun beds on one end taking up a lot of space, limiting flexibility and making what is already an enclosed layout feel slightly claustrophobic. I also felt that breakfast, served at the Alba restaurant, should be included in the room rate rather than charged separately at €39 per person. For lighter eaters like myself, it does not represent good value. While I understand the hotel could not offer a children’s option, there may be scope to adapt the menu to better cater to guests with smaller appetites. Similarly, the restaurant is clearly designed for formal, white-linen dining, which can feel overly formal - even for something as casual as a burger - and detracts from a relaxed dining experience. That said, the staff were warm, friendly, and exceptionally professional throughout my stay. I was never short of attention or support, which made a very positive impression overall."

"Stayed there 7 nights. 7 really calm and well-treated nights. Great and friendly stuff, clean rooms/tables/pool.Didn't really have the chance to try the mini golf, but a lot of people were playing, so I guess it was good.The beach was at 5-10 min on foot. If you prefer to be outside the town and to relax, then think of Olmuccio being in a reasonable distance from Porto Vecchio, and from a very good distance from some unique beaches such us Palombaggia, Fautea, San Ciprianu etc Although I was there for the "worst" season (11th to 18th August) which means a bit "pricey", I would prefer not to pay 9€ per person for breakfast, which was really poor. Other than that, really satisfied...."
