"Overall, it was okay! The parking lot was spacious, and the staff were friendly. However, the room condition wasn't great, so I probably wouldn't stay here again. It was incredibly humid. Even with the AC on constantly, the room itself (and probably the building) was so humid that there was a moldy smell. I only stayed one night, but all my clothes and belongings still smell like it. The room seemed to get good sunlight, but perhaps because there was no window, it smelled really bad. Also, there's no elevator, so it might be difficult if you have heavy luggage."

"Best location: Within 2 minutes walk to metro station Berri UQAM ( orange line) connecting to green and yellow lines of metro. Airport bus stop is within minutes from this metro station. Major tourist attractions like Old Port, Notre-Dame Basilica, Jacques-Cartier ( old Montreal) are within 25 minutes walking distances. from the hotel. It took us less than 15 minutes walking from the hotel, so we went to a very popular bakery shop - Coco in China town for buying freshly baked bread almost every day of our stay at the hotel. Besides that, countless restaurants, pubs, shops, a few theatre along the Sainte-Catherine Street. The most amazing thing is a big supermarket is just within the same building ( 1 minute from the hotel lobby) where we can buy drinking water and fruits always and small gift items ( maple syrup etc) as well at reasonable prices. Services: staff are friendly and helpful Size of room: very spacious, we stayed for a 2 queen beds room. The sofa & a small table is fantastic. On the whole, the hotel is well decorated, clean and neat. It does not have much facilities like a 4/5 star hotel, but Starbucks , the surrounding restaurants, fast food ( ie McDonald ) and ready made food ( sandwiches /salad/roasted chicken/ sushi etc) in supermarket can always feed the hotel guests."

"The property was ok. But I just want to add that the bed and pillows  was horrible to sleep on .. Had an important exam the next day and couldn’t sleep at all all night .. I do not know how someone can sleep like that it was just too soft and caves in when you sleep creating an Ackward arched back that it feels so sore to sleep .. the pillows again the same too big to sleep on and all the same size .. they are good size if you want to put them behind back and watch tv but not to sleep .. Had to put towels under my head to sleep as I simply couldn’t use those pillows .. whoever’s idea is that I wonder if they tested them before using it for customers ..I wonder if they could sleep on the bed and those pillows . Good luck .. rest no complaints at all ."

"Overall, the stay was clean, quiet, and well-located near restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable, and the room had great amenities like a washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge. (Note: The cups had a lingering coffee smell, so I didn't use them.) The price is reasonable as well. A few areas need improvement: Bathroom & Facilities: Shampoo and body wash were only sample-sized. The shower was small with weak water pressure, and the 2nd-floor spa was just a small hot-tub-style pool, which was disappointing. Communication: Host communication was unresponsive. I extended my stay for a second night a few days before and messaged to keep the same room, but got no reply. With no front desk available, we had to check out in the morning and check in to a different room at night."

"The hotel is about 600-700 meters from the subway station, which can be a bit of a trek if you're lugging suitcases. The hotel itself is newly renovated with excellent facilities and powerful air conditioning. Just be careful not to confuse it with the Residence Inn next door."

"The room was quite spacious, with two gueen beds. The bedding was clean. The facilities were a bit old. Parking was convenient, right at the door, and luggage collection was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were very simple and quick. It's close to the highway, and shopping and dining are very convenient nearby. It's a good choice."

"The room was nice, clean, and functional. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating throughout our visit. We requested a room facing the Chinatown arch and were happy to receive exactly that. They also kindly granted us a late check-out and allowed us to store our luggage at reception for the day, which made exploring much easier. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. We especially appreciated that they changed the style of eggs, potatoes, and meats daily, which kept things interesting. The location is ideal for visiting downtown Montreal. It is within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it."

"The booked king suit suite, the room size is large, suitable for family travel. Canada does not provide disposable items by default. It is best to bring your own toiletries, especially slippers. There are no disposable slippers here. If you go to the front desk to ask for it, provide recycled foot cover (avoid the floor cold in winter) This is generally only available at 3 pm. It is best to have an ihg member. Otherwise, you can't check in before 3 o'clock and you need to pay 25 CAD separately. When the hotel is busy, the member's late check-out cannot be used. This should be noted. It is recommended to book a room facing the west side, and the sunset is very beautiful in the evening. If you are traveling by car, it is recommended to go to the park by the river, 5 minutes drive, there is a large green area, you can see swarms of wild Canadian geese."
