The hotel is poorly maintained, the pools are not well painted, there are spots that need paint. There is a heated pool that is in a building where the roof was removed, it looks sad. The service at the restaurant is bad because they have few waiters, the breakfast is bad, the avocado is out of a bag, the eggs are like brown, little variety of things. The exterior paint is old. The plastic lounge chairs. We wanted to go to the spa, we went down and they told us that we couldn't go without making an appointment, even though there was no one there, but by far the most precarious place is the heated pool.

Located in the center of Pugon, there is a parking lot for rental cars, so you can safely store your car. There is a park right in front of you, and if you pass through the park, you can take a walk to the lakeside, so it is convenient to go for family or private travelers.
