3-Star Hotels in Jilin, China

The hotel is nice, the room is clean, and the breakfasts are decent. But the staff needs some work. We're traveling independently, and they tried to take our passports, but the lady couldn't! 🤦🏻♀️ On checkout day, they came to hand over the room key, saw the three of us, and immediately handed us three OTHER PEOPLE'S PASSPORTS!!! Without even checking whose passports they were, without even looking at them! We had our passports in our hands! So, be careful and handle your passports yourself; you can't trust the staff. And for me, the only downside was that they smoked right at the reception.

Choosing the right hotel in Yanji is crucial, and this place truly doubled my happiness during the trip! The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes' walk from West Market, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. There are tons of local specialty foods nearby, and getting around is a breeze. What impressed me most was the thoughtful service from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, a staff member offered a warm towel, instantly melting away travel fatigue. Their attitude was warm and friendly, always smiling, and they patiently answered all my questions. Shortly after check-in, they even brought me hot tea and Yanji's unique frozen pears, which were sweet and refreshing—a delightful local surprise. The next day, after my room was cleaned, they unexpectedly left fresh persimmons! The attention to detail was incredibly touching, making me feel completely at home, like staying with friends. Upon departure, the hotel even prepared drinks and yogurt – their sincerity was truly remarkable! The room was clean and tidy, and the service was impeccable, perfectly blending the straightforwardness of Northeasterners with the warmth of the Korean ethnic group. Next time I'm in Yanji, I'll definitely stay here again. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit. The value for money and overall experience are top-notch; you can't go wrong with this place!

The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, right across from a large shopping mall, making it super convenient for ordering takeout or grabbing Starbucks. Parking at the entrance is also relatively easy. The hot water service at the front desk was fantastic and deserves praise. The only minor downsides were that the projector in the room didn't work well and was out of focus, and there wasn't much furniture – no space for a large suitcase, so it had to go on the floor, and nowhere to hang clothes to dry. Also, the toiletries were in refillable dispensers, not sealed, which carries a risk of tampering. I hope they continue to improve!

I was on a business trip to Jilin City and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it only ends at 10 am, which was perfect for me since I can't get out of bed easily. Parking was also convenient. The front desk staff patiently recommended nearby restaurants to me. The sweet and sour pork was quite good. I highly recommend this hotel. The bedding was incredibly soft, and the water was even from Baishui Mountain, haha. The toiletries were high-quality, the rooms were spacious, and most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent, resulting in a great night's sleep!

The room was very comfortable, the service attitude of the clerk was particularly good. I checked out at 12 o'clock but forgot the time after eating until after 12 o'clock. There was no urging, just asking if I wanted to extend my stay, which was very warm. The beautiful sister at the front desk sent drinks several times. There was a sister Feifei who was beautiful and gentle. The time in Yanjit was relatively short this time. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity~ (I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, only this little lion milk tea, ps. It's a bit too sweet)

Facilities: The facilities are well-appointed. The room size is decent, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom also features a convenient wet/dry separation. Cleanliness: It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Environment: The overall environment is excellent. It's located on a lively street with numerous shopping malls and restaurants. Right downstairs is the famous West Market, making it incredibly convenient to buy local specialties. Furthermore, it's very close to the Yanda 'internet-famous' wall.

Affordable and great value! The front desk kindly upgraded my room for free. The environment is fantastic, and the soundproofing is excellent. It's super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right next door. Highly recommend!

Perfect : great location to access public transportations, i.e. high speed trian, shuttle bus to songhua Lake, city bus, etc. The room is so clean and fully equipped. Breakfast is variety and delicious Helpful front desk staff. I prefer to stay here if I have a chance to come.

We checked in on the evening of the 5th. The front desk attendant was incredibly welcoming, and the BBQ place she recommended was delicious! The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to numerous attractions, which I absolutely loved. The room was spotlessly clean, and the value for money was absolutely fantastic! I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Oh, and a fun bonus: they had some nostalgic childhood snacks available at the front desk!
