3-Star Hotels in South Kalimantan, Indonesia

Upon entering my room, I immediately felt something was off with the bedsheets. There was a somewhat recent stain, and the smell confirmed they were definitely not clean. The towels were grey, making it impossible to tell if they were clean or dirty. I was too exhausted at that moment to bother complaining or calling housekeeping. And true enough, the very next day after sleeping there, I developed herpes on my thigh.

Stayed for a program by Dunia Melayu Dunia Islam (DMDI). Not bad. Food is a bit underrated. Just acceptable. CS also so so. Uniforms with shorts? That is about out of the box....hem....

Good location, just 5 minutes walking to duta mall and tou can go around menara pandang, pasar terapung, patung bekantan like just 10 minutes walking. This is my second time stay here and always be happy customer cauese all the staff very helpful and nice.

This hotel was last minute choice but glad I choose it. Was a pleasant stay except for the noises from club. It's quite understandable since that's the risk staying at hotel with night club.

Not much can be expected from a hotel that is 12 years old, old facilities, old hallway and lobby atmosphere. Some things are still comfortable, such as soft linen and a soft mattress, even though the pillow is not very comfortable and sometimes the linen is not clean so it makes the body itchy, cleanliness is not maintained. What makes this hotel not go bankrupt is because it is located in the middle of the city, if only this was a hotel on the outskirts of the city this hotel would definitely be just a memory. However, for events and meetings, it is still very worth it.

Overall it's really good, maybe next time the hotel can be upgraded to make it even better because many of the facilities are probably old and their functions are no longer optimal.

Overall it's good, only the security guards can be improved in providing services to guests 🙏
