"Checked into Wynn Las Vegas! This was hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my West Coast trip, and also the best value for money, bar none! First off, the location is fantastic – really close to the Sphere. We even had a room with a floor-to-ceiling window looking directly at it. I specifically requested this at check-in, and surprisingly, they happily granted us a room with an amazing view without even asking for a tip! The service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet isn't just a simple breakfast; it's more like a brunch and you can eat until 1 PM. The variety at the buffet was incredible, you could literally eat till you burst, and one meal easily covers you for the whole day. All this, and the room rate including breakfast was only a little over 1000 [yuan/currency unit – assuming RMB here]. The value is unbeatable. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Last time staying here. Hotel is clearly showing its wear, but more than anything it was quality of service related to the free hotel parking offered as part of Trip.com package. First failure was ehn I checked in, and they said I didn't qualify for free parking. Even though it was clearly part of pacakge. Second failure was being given a code that was expired Third was being told I should resolve with their third party directly (even though it was their responsibility) Fourth was being told (after I asked Trip to support) by Hilton staff ”They would take care of it” and ensure I wasn't charged. Fifth fail point was being charged TWICE, and then being told I should contact the vendor myself to resolve. They offered no compensation, or apologies, and can only imagine how frequent this must happen with other ”offers” that are included. IF there was one bright spot, it was Trip as they tried to resolve, and compensated me in Trip Points, when it was clear Hilton would not take responsibility for their failures. Thanks Trip. Goodbye Hilton Vegas... there are much better options for the same price point... and a LOT less hassle."

"Checking in took a long time due to long queues. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. Although check-out can be done via mobile, I imagine it would be difficult for older guests. I was in a rush to catch my flight and asked the information desk for help, but the person couldn't understand English and seemed even more impatient than I was. Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear."

"Upon check-in, I didn't have any cash and the ATM nearby charged a $12 fee, so I couldn't tip. As a result, I was assigned a terrible room. They're very strict about charges; you can't even touch anything in the mini-bar or on the TV stand without being charged, and the prices are much higher than regular stores. Since the mini-bar was completely full, we couldn't even use the fridge for our own items. The hotel doesn't have a self-service laundry, only a laundry service. The pool is open to the public, and when we went, only one very crowded section was open. However, the gym was excellent. There's also a spa that offers free massages, but it costs $90 for entry on weekdays and $120 on weekends. Overall, a lot of things come with extra charges, and this resort fee is definitely not worth it."

It began with one man, a chef named Nobu Matsuhisa. Inspired by his love of food and flair, Chef Nobu explored the far reaches of the globe mastering culinary traditions from locations as varied as Japan and Peru, before settling in Beverly Hills, California. Here, he drew upon his classical training at sushi bars and his travel abroad to create a whole new trend in Japanese cuisine. His fusion of classic Asian fare with modern flavors made him an instant hit, attracting the attention of Los Angeles celebrities, including actor Robert De Niro.Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace offers 181 rooms and suites and an adjoining 12,775 square-foot restaurant and lounge, which is the first on the Las Vegas Strip and the largest of all Nobu’s restaurants worldwide. Guest rooms offer stunning Strip or garden views with designs that embrace comfortable simplicity with natural materials and textures counter-balanced with outsized elements to reveal a touch of Vegas flair. Eighteen luxury suites range from one-bedroom, 1,000 square feet, to five-bedroom, 3,500 square feet configurations and are available for guests seeking premium accommodations or a stunning venue to host an unforgettable special event. And now the world’s first Nobu Hotel has arrived at Caesars Palace, bringing together two iconic brands like never before. With a setting of stylish indulgence infused with traditional Japanese and modern styles, this boutique hotel redefines hospitality with the same artful elegance that Chef Nobu brings to his restaurants, attracting a whole new clientele to Caesars.

"The front desk of the hotel is in an inconspicuous and small place in the Caesars Palace. There is a cigar bar next to it. The smog is filled and we don’t feel good with our children. With the 4-year-old Vain aircraft delay, check in at 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel front desk said that we have to wait 15-20 minutes, because the hotel manager needs to go to our room to check whether the cleaning of the room has been completed. I was shocked when I heard it. Isn't this work done in the afternoon before the guests stay? It was close to the early morning! During the check-in period, other guests checked in and got the room card. I asked again, the indifference of the front desk indicated that the other party was staying in a superior suite. I was just a common room, and the attitude was very bad. I immediately called Ctrip, the front desk saw me call Ctrip, and then called the manager to urge. I asked the front desk to let the manager contact me. The front desk said that the manager could not go to the guest room. If you want to see the manager, he would be in the lobby. I said, please ask the manager to call me. After half an hour after entering the room, I did not receive a call from the manager. Instead, Ctrip made a phone call to follow up and said that the hotel had set up a ”free upgrade” for me. I said that I didn't see any upgrades. Later, Ctrip followed up. The hotel said that the room type was not upgraded but arranged a room with a better view. I am really huh, huh, because the curtains are the opposite room, the sense of sight is strong, it is impossible to open the curtains, do not mention any landscape. I took the initiative to call the front desk and ask for a manager. The customer service said that I would tell you something, and then exempted one night of taxes and fees. It is still a mediocrable attitude. I asked the manager to call to apologize. The other party said, ”You still have to find a manager to do what you want, I have already given you.” Throughout the process, I never mentioned asking for compensation. It was the other party’s initiative to waive the one-night tax, as if I contacted the manager to figure out their cheapness. I flew with the baby for 15 hours to the United States, showing him more than 40 US dollars in taxes and fees? ! The attitude is as bad as it seems to be ours. Later, the manager finally called, the background was very noisy, I don't know where he was calling. It’s a sigh of gas when I hear the manager’s phone call. The manager said, ”If you wait a little, we will give you a tax.” The implication is that I have gotten a little cheaper. The fault is not me, the compensation is also proposed by the hotel. Why can't I say sorry to the guests with kindness and sincerity? It is absolutely impossible to stay in this hotel again in the future."

"The cleanliness, facilities, and room comfort were excellent. However, we constantly had issues with the parking. It uses a QR code system for entry, which doesn't work if you don't have a US phone number. Even though we provided our license plate number four times, they never set up automatic entry at the gate. We got stuck trying to exit the garage and had to go back to the hotel. We ended up being late for an event at the Sphere that we had tickets for and had to pay extra for a taxi because we couldn't get out. They finally fixed it, but it was already our check-out day."

LV's hotel is nowhere near as good as Macau's. Let me describe what this 5-star hotel is like: I booked a newly renovated luxury city view room, and the photos showed it to be very luxurious with city views, so I had high expectations. Secondly, there are traps everywhere. The mini-bar water and snacks cost money, and there's no signage! My child accidentally opened a small bottle of mineral water and three mini-snacks, which cost $58 USD. There are two refrigerators; whatever you do, don't touch one of them, as even a slight movement will be sensed and added to your bill. Resort fees are a given, and definitely don't upgrade arbitrarily. As for hygiene, in one of our rooms, when we checked in, there were razor shavings left by the previous guest in the bathroom basin. The toilet paper was placed on the vanity, and the pillow had black stains, so the attention to detail was severely lacking. Overall, it felt inferior to a four-star hotel in China. It's old, stingy, and full of hidden costs.

Superb services from the team! Highly recommend this beautiful and spotless hotel. I was staying this hotel during my birthday trip. They, especially the Social Media PR team, and Frinee, surprised me with a generous room upgrade and Moët champagne for my birthday. Truly touched by their attentiveness and flawless execution. Can’t wait to return!

We were given a room with good view of the Stripe. even the fountain display at Bellagio Hotel. The room is very spacious and quiet with a pantry. Utensils need to be requested for usage. Bottles of water could be collected from the reception. A free tram runs from Vdara/Cosmopolitan to Park MGM. With the absence of in-house casino, the hotel is chaos- free and peaceful though casinos can easily be accessed through the connected walk ways/tunnels to nearby hotels.

This is definitely a new hotel. The room was neat, clean, and very spacious. It didn't feel like a standard room at all; it seemed to be an upgraded one across the board. Encore Wynn should be one hotel; I booked Encore, but was given a room in the Wynn tower, which was perfect for going downstairs to watch the Awakening show – super convenient. They even allowed late parking until 6 PM after check-out, which was a very thoughtful touch!

The hotel is huge and luxurious, my local friends said it's a super five-star. The first floor has a large **. The room is spacious, with complete amenities, and you can see the 'Big Ball' from the hotel. The sink was leaking a bit when we checked in, but the staff quickly came and fixed it, which completely exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is in a prime location in Vegas, so it's constantly bustling. The rooms are pretty standard, showing their age a bit. They have all the essentials, and the mini-bar is well-stocked. Be prepared for long queues at check-in and check-out downstairs, so plan your time accordingly. The hotel's restaurant strip is fantastic – you can really enjoy some great food without even leaving the building.

The hotel exterior is stylish and elegant, but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had a persistent smell that wouldn't go away; we noticed it every time we entered the room. We stayed for three nights and informed the front desk about the issue. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, but they promised to fix it and refund one night's resort fee. We thought it would be resolved after the 'repair,' but the smell remained the same. Additionally, the in-room phone was purely decorative and didn't work at all. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line just to communicate with them. I hope they can improve the room's ventilation system.

A very quiet hotel. I booked a twin room with a view of the Strip. The room type was great, with a walk-in robe, and the toiletries were Aesop. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower.
