"Checking in took a long time due to long queues. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. Although check-out can be done via mobile, I imagine it would be difficult for older guests. I was in a rush to catch my flight and asked the information desk for help, but the person couldn't understand English and seemed even more impatient than I was. Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear."

"We stayed at this hotel again, and we arrived over an hour early that day. When we went to check in, the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and allowed us to check in early, giving us a great room. However, there's a small convenience store in the hotel lobby, and the two female employees there (right by the elevators) were incredibly rude. We just asked them where to find the elevators, and they gave us dirty looks, didn't say anything, and even told us not to ask for directions if we weren't buying anything. Ugh 😑. On the bright side, the food and drinks inside the hotel were all excellent."

"The front desk was really hard to find because the address on Trip.com was wrong... A taxi shouldn't have an issue, but if you're driving, search for the Wynn self-parking lot. The 'sandwich method' worked – we got upgraded to a room with a direct view of the big sphere and even received a $150 dining credit... However, I was initially confused why they deducted dining expenses daily, as I'd heard before that it was settled at the end. It was a bit frustrating, but Trip.com later explained it was just a pre-authorization, and the actual charge would be on the final bill... The entire hotel is very luxurious, with a decadent and opulent feel... Also, a heads-up: the free breakfast only includes the buffet."

"I had an absolutely outstanding stay at Conrad Las Vegas, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in, and I appreciated all of the thoughtful details throughout the room. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large shower, high-quality amenities, and everything was maintained perfectly. One of the biggest highlights was how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. Even though it's located on the Strip, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax and get a great night's sleep every night. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room immaculate throughout my stay. The staff consistently provided exceptional service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, making the entire stay stress-free. The hotel itself is stunning. Everything feels new, elegant, and well maintained. I especially loved having direct access to Resorts World, where there are countless restaurants, shops, entertainment options, and one of the best casino environments in Las Vegas. It was incredibly convenient to have so many dining choices without ever needing to leave the property. The pool area was another highlight. It was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The fitness center was also modern, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a great workout. Overall, Conrad Las Vegas offers an exceptional luxury experience with beautiful accommodations, outstanding customer service, excellent dining options, and a fantastic location. Every part of my stay felt premium, and it's clear that the hotel pays close attention to both comfort and quality. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Las Vegas and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable hotel experience."
