Anonymous UserThe location was prime m, easy indoor access to the sphere and nearby hotels. But the hotel rooms are rather old and dusty. I wonder why online booking shows remodeled rooms, thought they will be much newer. Just look behind any cabinet you will see dust. The housekeeping never comes unless you call to request for a room clean up. The good thing is the beds are very comfortable and spacious and the security was great. We left a watch behind and it was taken care of for a few days until we went back to retrieve it.

Anonymous UserI was very satisfied with my first stay at this hotel. However, when I checked in again three days later, even though the front desk staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a larger room with a view of the Sphere, the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The trash can was full, and there were leftover bottles and cans on the mini-bar. I was in a hurry to catch a show, so I called them to clean it up. To my surprise, when I returned after the show, some trash was still there ā they had only taken one of the empty cans! I had to go down to the front desk and call repeatedly, and finally, around 1 AM, they came to clean it thoroughly. To top it off, it was Independence Day, and someone on my floor was smoking ****, and the smell was incredibly strong!!!

TravelifeJoStayed at Vdara recently and wanted to share a few highlights and realities from the experience. The location isnāt ideal for public transportāyouāll need to walk about 10 minutes outdoor to reach the nearest bus stop (which is quite challenging in summer time with over 100F). However, the hotel is well connected to others like Park MGM and Bellagio, which are just a 10ā15 minute indoor walk away or could take monorail.Ā
Dining options directly at Vdara are quite limited. For a wider range, you may head to nearby hotels like Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, though most options there are on the pricier side. we ended up order uber for meal delivery, which is a less expensive option. Lyft is a good choice for getting around more easily, coz if u take bus to downtown, it can take an hour for a single ride.
Rooms come with a kitchen, which sounds convenient, but kitchenware isnāt provided unless requested. If youāre planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hikeānearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchenāpretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The hotel is located about ten minutes' drive from the center of Las Vegas, which is more convenient. It has all the facilities and equipment that a downtown hotel should have. Hotels in the city center have to wait in line for a long time to check in, and many times they can't get a room until three o'clock in the afternoon and have to wait for text message notifications. The environment here is very beautiful. Our room faces the outdoor swimming pool. Looking at the scenery outside through the bright windows, I feel happy and relaxed in the fatigue of the journey. I ordered a midnight snack at night, and the waiter actually sent a table directly in. It's so thoughtfulšššš

Guest UserThe rooms and facilities are great, and the location is absolutely prime in Vegas. My only complaint is about the parking. I didn't show my parking ticket when checking in, thinking I could just present it at checkout. Turns out, I was charged an extra $15! The elderly front desk lady said they couldn't process it at checkout, but my American friends later told me that's not true and I was just ripped off.

Guest UserChecking in took a long time due to long queues. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. Although check-out can be done via mobile, I imagine it would be difficult for older guests. I was in a rush to catch my flight and asked the information desk for help, but the person couldn't understand English and seemed even more impatient than I was. Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear.

Guest UserThe room I stayed in was one of the best rooms Iāve stayed in Las Vegas. The amenities were unbelievable. The service was phenomenal from the sports book to the bartenders. The food is off the chain, especially Charlieās. If you wanted a quick bite to eat. The view from my room was perfect. I saw every hole on the golf course. The in room iPod made everything simple. The bathroom was spacious as well as the dining room. I love how the TV swivels from the bedroom to the dining room/office. Iāve stayed in many nice hotels in Las Vegas and this one has my rating AAA plus. Thanks again Steve win for building one of the nicest hotels in Las Vegas Vegas.

Guest UserWe stayed at Aria for 5 nights. Location was great in the middle of the strip and there was the Aria tram to move around to
/from Bellagio and Park MGM. However, upon check-in we found the curtain railing malfunctioning and it took 3 days for someone to fix it. The bath tub tab was leaking all the time. Other than these maintenance issues everything else was fine.
