Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear."

"Checked into Wynn Las Vegas!
This was hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my West Coast trip, and also the best value for money, bar none! First off, the location is fantastic – really close to the Sphere. We even had a room with a floor-to-ceiling window looking directly at it. I specifically requested this at check-in, and surprisingly, they happily granted us a room with an amazing view without even asking for a tip! The service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet isn't just a simple breakfast; it's more like a brunch and you can eat until 1 PM. The variety at the buffet was incredible, you could literally eat till you burst, and one meal easily covers you for the whole day. All this, and the room rate including breakfast was only a little over 1000 [yuan/currency unit – assuming RMB here]. The value is unbeatable. Highly recommend staying here!"

If you’re planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hike—nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchen—pretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired."

"Although it's a few hundred meters from the Las Vegas Strip, the hotel is directly across from Macy's. You can stroll through the air-conditioned department store and come out right at the edge of the Strip. The room was very spacious, with a microwave and an induction hob. We asked for cutlery and plates to cut fruit. From the room, you could see the Sphere in the distance. The burgers at the restaurant downstairs on the ground floor were also good."

Guest UserI booked a room with a view of the Sphere, located on the 28th floor of the North Tower. The room was spacious and very clean.
From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you get an up-close view of the Sphere, which is even more stunning at night. You can also step out of the hotel and stroll along the Vegas Strip.
There's no coffee maker in the room, but if you need coffee, you can find it at the coffee shops or restaurants on the first or second floors. There's also a Starbucks in the concourse area of the lobby on the first floor.
The first and second floors boast many restaurants. For instance, Noodle Asia on the first floor is a 25-year-old Cantonese Chinese restaurant, serving both breakfast and regular meals. The food is incredibly authentic, and the staff all speak Chinese.
The indoor shopping arcade on the second floor is typically Venetian in style, featuring numerous brand-name stores and restaurants. The ceiling is designed to mimic an outdoor sky with blue skies and white clouds, and there are gondolas traversing the winding canals and small bridges, with gondoliers occasionally breaking into Italian opera.
The hotel also hosts shows, and you can book tickets in advance.

The air conditioning is very strong yet surprisingly quiet. The decor is modern, but it lacks the luxurious feel you'd find in older, more established hotels like Wynn. Be careful with the mini-fridge in the room; it starts charging you after just a few seconds. I had to complain to the front desk later to get the charge removed.

They provided bottled water at check-in, and there was also complimentary bottled water in the room, along with free slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and mouthwash. The outdoor pools were huge and plentiful, exceeding my expectations! A truly fantastic hotel!

Smart hotel
They also let me early check in knowing I m so tired
The cleanliness is epic
The view is amazing
The bath tub is sth I cared about when I travel and wynn is the best.
The spa is a must try
The smoke house for bbq meat outside hotel is a hidden gem, the grab and go and watch the view enjoying bbq meat with the mountains feel.
The best to end my ces day.
I won’t go back to Linq hotel due to the poor staff and no water for clients
But for wynn, it’s all worthy for the price and luxuries hotel style, my favourite plus after ces, the price is reli reasonable!

Anonymous UserThis hotel is in a prime location in Vegas, so it's constantly bustling. The rooms are pretty standard, showing their age a bit. They have all the essentials, and the mini-bar is well-stocked. Be prepared for long queues at check-in and check-out downstairs, so plan your time accordingly. The hotel's restaurant strip is fantastic – you can really enjoy some great food without even leaving the building.

Simon892The hotel exterior is stylish and elegant, but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had a persistent smell that wouldn't go away; we noticed it every time we entered the room. We stayed for three nights and informed the front desk about the issue. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, but they promised to fix it and refund one night's resort fee. We thought it would be resolved after the 'repair,' but the smell remained the same. Additionally, the in-room phone was purely decorative and didn't work at all. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line just to communicate with them. I hope they can improve the room's ventilation system.

LynnlinJThe Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.
