The hotel facilities are a bit old, but its location is excellent, very close to the JR station and with bus stops nearby, making it convenient to visit attractions like Saga Castle and the Hot Air Balloon Museum. The hotel service is great, and they offer a public bath, which is a nice touch. The breakfast spread is quite generous. The 10:00 AM check-out time is a bit early, but they do offer free luggage storage, which is helpful. Overall, I'm satisfied!"

"We chose to stay here because hotels in Fukuoka were very expensive, and since we had the JR Pass, this location right beside the Tosu station was super convenient. The room was very clean, and the facilities were great — especially the included breakfast! It was a wonderful chance to try local Japanese dishes, and I really enjoyed it. The breakfast starts as early as 6:30am, which was very thoughtful — I still remember rushing to catch the 6:50am train to Fukuoka after eating, and I even had 5 minutes to spare, haha! Staff were friendly and helpful, though English communication was a bit more limited — probably because it’s not a major station area. Still, everyone had a great attitude and tried their best. Overall, a very satisfying stay!"

"The service from resort staff is top-notched. The Japanese dinner and breakfast is so unique I haven’t tried anything like this before. Nice green tea hot spring! Always have complimentary high quality tea! Free parking. But dont expect much from the city itself. Very plain residential area around. So it is suggested to stay in resort at night. Friendly reminder: No tattoo for hot spring user. No tattoo stickers provided."

The room conditions were similar to those of a typical business hotel, and above all, the breakfast was Japanese style, so I was personally satisfied. When you enter the breakfast restaurant, you will be guided to the breakfast table and shown to the prepared table. You will be asked for drinks, etc., and main dishes such as hot rice and soup will be prepared for you. The breakfast restaurant staff kindly guided me, so I enjoyed my meal comfortably."

"It's a good value for money. A typical Japanese hotel. The space is a bit small, but it has everything you need. There are several hotels right in front of Saga Station, but this one is a bit further away (only about 500 meters), but the price is very reasonable."
