Lovely decadent hotel, very unique and with beautiful decor inside, and only half a block away from the main square. It has heaters in the rooms, unlike some of the other hotels in Puno. Breakfast is basic but delicious. For the price this hotel is a bargain, I highly recommend it for one or two nights in Puno and it’s definitely worth to stay here overnight and take a morning walk at the lake.

I chose the Hotel Hacienda Puno Centro Historico based on the location in Puno and the price and it was a great little place to stay for three nights. The location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the main square. The room was fine with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom and the breakfast was ok too. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and given the location and price the hotel made for a good base.

Very nice hotel, super bathroom with very good shower. Very quiet at night. We were able to check in and have breakfast earlier for an extra charge as we arrived at 05h00 in the morning. Also we could have our laundry done for a fee

Quelqatani hotel это было настоящим спасением. Мы ехали сюда из Арекипе и по дороге из 30 градусной жары нас настигла пурга и резкое похолодание аж до -5. Такой перепад был резким, шёл снег. Мы резко в автобусе переодевали вместо купальников куртки и дико замёрзли. Отель подготовлен к такой температуре. В номере было тепло. А внизу стояли кислородные баллоны, так как Пуна это высокогрный город. Мы провели здесь совсем немного времени, но были окружены заботой и вниманием. Здесь очень спокойно, просторные номера, отлично работающий вай фай и вкусные завтраки.

staff are very friendly and nice. We are group of 12, has to leave early in the morning, we asked for packed breakfast, at the end, they started the breakfast at 5am instead of 6am to accommodate us. My friend didn't feel well, when she arrived to hotel. Staff checked on her several times, provide oxygen, local med to relief her headache

Just what we needed for a one night stay in Puno before a tour of Lake Titicaca. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, tidy and gives a sense of luxury. Incredibly comfortable beds and large rooms. Breakfast was included which helped us start our day just right. We were also able to leave our luggage for over 24 hours as we set off on our tour for free which was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great stay here, we arrived not so fresh off the night bus but the staff at Kaaro were super helpful - we managed to check in early and for 10 soles we were able to have the breakfast that morning too. They also helped us arrange our tour of the Uros Islanda. The room is comfortable and has a great hot shower! Recommend staying here if you’re passing through Puno!

The hotel is in a quiet street close to the main square and main streets too, just about 5-6 minutes walk. Very impressed by the excellent services of their staff, especially Jimena, who can speak fluent English and was so helpful to make calls for me to my guides upon my requests. I stayed there for two nights. And one very accommodating thing was that they had tea bags, coffee, hot water and cups ready in each floor of the hotel so everybody didn't need to go down stairs to get some hot drinks and simply walked out the room a little to get access to drinks whenever needed. So convenient and I was deeply impressed !! Details make differences and I think the hotel is doing excellent in this. The breakfast was quite nice too with many kinds of fresh fruits, and strong wifi and hot shower in room !! The price was absolutely at perfect value. Highly recommended !!
