In the hotel I stayed at, the service at the front desk varied greatly, just like the local climate. He worked the night shift and was snobbish. On the day he arrived, he said he couldn't get a room so soon and couldn't move in until almost two o'clock. He relied on his old age to do things. Also, two days ago, I wrote him clearly and asked for a package for breakfast today (because I had to go to the airport at three in the morning), but he actually said that he had not received the order. The morning reception manager (a middle-aged man wearing glasses) was warm and hospitable. After the shift changed on the day we arrived, the morning manager’s service was extremely good. I will arrange your room as soon as possible. Please wait a moment. Do you want to print the documents? Send Email my company and print for free.
The staff, Pablo and Ruben, are very helpful in providing guidance of the city, restaurants and attractions to visit. The room has an amazing view of the park/ square, as well as the view of mountain and small houses on the mountain. Modern design. Wonderful stay. Will visit again.
Close to the bus terminal but about 2 km away from the center of the city.
The bed is too soft and tactical, so it's hard to sleep.
The room was cold and there was no hair dryer, so I couldn't wash my hair during my stay.
I arrived late so I ate rice at the cafe in the hostel, but it was salty and unpleasant.

It was a mixed dormitory dining room, but I don't know if it was because there were no people, but I used a 5-person room with a friend. So I think I was satisfied! There are billiards and table tennis tables on the 5th floor, so it's better not to expect table tennis 😂 The view of the terrace is so good that I didn't go to other observatory. The advantage is that the witch market is close. I think I will visit again if I have another thing to go to La Paz later
There is a feeling of cleanliness in the room, and the shower also has hot water! It's a hot town, so there were fans with ceilings!
Wi-Fi is a bit weak when I'm in the room, but I was too cozy to stay overnight!
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time. It's cute and stamped with its own individuality. I enjoyed it so much I booked an extra night. The room has the most wonderful views from its private balcony. The shower was good and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The host is such a warm, welcoming individual. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you're looking for a lovely setting and a place to chill and relax.
The room was large and the sheets and towels were clean. The windows were not open and closed but very large, and the lake Chichikaka was overlooked from the room and it was really nice. The heater was installed, so I didn't freeze at night. There was hot water in the shower and hair dryer.
I exchanged WhatsApp at check-in and was relieved to be able to contact me if I didn't know anything. It was very helpful to be able to tell me in detail about hiking and boating.
Even after checking out, I was able to leave my luggage and sightsee the island lightly until the boat left.

Very Good
Spent 2 nights here travelling from Peru to La Paz. The location is perfect for Peru/Bolivia Hop travellers as it’s their pick up point. It’s next to Witches Market and 10 minutes walk to San Francisco Church. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is relatively new. Breakfast included was just ok. Would be good if there was a toaster for the bread. At the guests lobby area, there’s free coca tea and kettle self service which was nice if you have altitude sickness in the highest city in the world. We had a city view which was beautiful at night. Our room 510 was quiet so we had a good rest travelling from Peru.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The staffs was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful local tips. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay!
Good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Cozy room. We checked in at 6 am, for which we thank you very much. Polite and helpful staff. Of the minuses - it was cold, but there was extra. blanket. There was no hot water
