"This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again."

"Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,."

"Getting around might be a bit inconvenient without a car, but it's very accessible if you're driving. Breakfast was typical, with fresh ingredients and some homemade items from the host. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, as there were many more options available a short drive away."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our second time staying at this property (though it’s under a new name now), and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The hotel is spotless, with a modern touch and a warm, welcoming vibe. The cleaning staff were exceptional—so kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their work. The amenities are great, and the gym—though small—is perfectly equipped for keeping up with workouts while away. The location can’t be beat: right in the port area, close to great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. There’s even a lovely walking trail nearby, ideal for morning runs or evening strolls. During our stay, we experienced something completely unexpected—the one and only time a flood has ever happened in Ibiza Town! Despite the chaos, the staff handled the situation with absolute professionalism and calm. Their kindness and positive attitude during such a stressful event made all the difference. We were so impressed with how they cared for every guest. A huge thank you to the team for turning an unforgettable situation into a story of genuine hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back again!"

"My partner and I stayed at Whala!fun for 8 days and had a great experience. We were warmly welcomed by Juan at reception, and even though we arrived early, we could leave our luggage and start enjoying the rooftop pool and bar – same for check-out day, which was super convenient! The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On day 3, we noticed something in the room that hadn’t been cleaned properly, but it was quickly resolved the next morning without any issues. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was always fresh. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a day out. Overall, a fantastic stay – we would definitely come back!"

"The hotel is in a good location, it is easy to find by car navigation, but the hotel does not have free parking spaces, there is a public parking lot nearby, you can park at night. The scale of the hotel is quite large, there are many rooms, and the health is not bad. Stay here next time."

"The hotel was excellent. The location is perfect - close to the bus stop(which goes to the city centre) and the beach. They kept different chocolates every time they were done with room service that was really sweet. Worth the stay! One tip: Please carry cash for bus travel as bus travel is cash only. They don’t accept cards for inter city travel."
