2-Star Hotels in Yunnan, China

The hotel is really close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk. Right across the street, there are Yunnan rice noodle shops, roasted potatoes, and Yunnan cuisine restaurants. I tried the rice noodles and some Yunnan dishes; the taste was just okay, but if you haven't had them before, it might be worth a try. The BBQ from delivery was delicious though! Overall, the room felt a bit dated, pretty standard. It did have a separate shower and toilet, and the hot water was quick, but there were no complimentary toilet seat covers or facial towels.

We were passing by Kunming and only needed to stay one night. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and the room was lovely and had everything we needed. Location was the best part, the hotel was in the livelypedestrian area but was also close to the streets so we didn't have to carry our luggage far to get a Didi.

The location is excellent, very close to Kunming Station, the pedestrian street, and Cuihu Park. The room is also spacious enough. The only downside is the excessive smoking in public areas; it's pervasive. For someone trying to work in a quiet spot, I had to move three times. There's a corner in the restaurant that I suspect is directly opposite the second-floor restroom. Every time someone flushes upstairs, it's incredibly loud, like dirty water is being splashed directly on you. Also, the Wi-Fi is too slow.

Excellent value for money! The environment, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. I truly experienced the slow pace and gentle charm of Lijiang here. Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'll definitely choose this place again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends visiting the old town!

As a solo traveller who likes to explore I was glad I chose this place The tour buses to most recommended attractions are just around the corner, town bus stops, restaurants and food stalls, Shwedagon Pagoda, Starlight Night Market and Mekong River Six States Floating Market are easy to walk to. The boss was also helpful. Checked that my WIFI worked and helped to book a taxi to the train station The standards overall are good.

The room was pretty basic. Maybe it was because of the holiday rush, but it was really small with no space for luggage, so everything had to stay on the floor. The bed was tiny too. The air conditioning was broken, which was a bummer because it was a bit chilly due to the rain and I wanted to warm up. Also, the TV remote didn't have batteries. On the plus side, the view from the window was nice, right by the sea, and parking was convenient.

The hotel has a great location, right in Jianshui Ancient Town, with free parking right outside. The guesthouse is decorated in a very stylish way. The rooms are on the third floor, with a huge living room and a view of the lake near the Confucian Temple – a beautiful view indeed. The rooms are quite large, with a wooden interior design. It's not far from Lotus Island and Xianghui Bridge bus station.

Very satisfied stay! Whether it is the environment, health or service, it is impeccable. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very good, next time I come here, I will choose this hotel and recommend it to friends. Worth praise!

This place is absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with amazing natural light ✨. It's super close to the ancient city; we just parked our car at the hotel and walked, which made exploring so easy and stress-free. The hotel even has its own dedicated parking area, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and even saved us a parking spot! Seriously, from the price, cleanliness, location, to the service, everything was top-notch. The value for money is off the charts – I highly recommend staying here!

I really love staying at here but i got rashes while staying here😆 overall the locatiom is very strategic because near with main road, bike rental shop, south gate ancient town & zhongyi market...i really recommend to stay near south gate instead of north especially for muslim because easy to find halal food near hotel and it is more quieter...overall is nice, the hotel owner is really helpful and caring❤️
