"Service: The staff I encountered were all quite good. The younger ones had good English, and the older ones were friendly and smiled warmly. 5/5 stars.
Cleanliness: Very clean. There was a Cameroonian lady who spoke French, which was a plus! The room and bathroom were well-maintained and the air was fresh.
Environment: I stayed in a 6-bed mixed dorm. When there were a lot of guys, the snoring was constant, sometimes even a duet! On the last of my three nights, there were three girls, which was better. The beds were sturdy with good privacy curtains. As for roommates, it's really a matter of luck! But it's good value for money, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the subway, so transportation is convenient. 😂"

"A cheap and good hotel with convenient transportation. I discovered the most delicious pork burrito shop in Athens so far on the road next door. I ate two of them before I was satisfied. There is also a church next to it."

"Generally, it's clean, the staff are friendly, and there are only breakfast bread and cereal, but it's free and good. But the highlight here is the bed in the room. I've used a few real hostels, but I haven't seen a place as comfortable as here. It's so fluffy that I just sleep. The bedding is very clean. Recommended for those who want honey sleep"

"Perfect for a one or two night stop. Kypseli is a bit down at heel as a district, but it's safe and there are excellent eating opportunities at St George's Square. 12 minutes walk from Viktoria Metro, so you can get to the airport in about 90 minutes with a change at Monasteraki.
Rooms are simple, functional and clean. Bed is super comfortable, especially if you prefer a soft mattress. Everything is pin code operated for access after 9 pm so can't comment on staff.

"The room is quite small for 3 adults but the amenities are complete. Our room has a balcony, a mini fridge, air conditioner, towels & mini shower gels. It is okay for staying a night, however the area is not very safe for female solo travellers. It’s fine for me because I am traveling with friends. It’s near to the bus stop, metro station, market & restaurants."

"This is a small hotel, very close to the Ya Pedestrian Street, breakfast is good, coffee and milk to tell the service staff, he will send you over. The hotel is not far from the Acropolis, and the entrance fee is 30 euros. There are a lot of tourists in the scenic spot, and it takes ten minutes from the subway station. You can go directly to the airport."

"Very near the center of Piraeus and its port. Knowledgeable and efficient staff, clean and more than adequately equipped room, big balcony with chairs and table, free parking, easy to find. At both sides of the double bed there are electricity outlets, a big wardrobe, a small refrigerator and good internet. The small size of the shower is not a problem, but it does not have glass doors, only a curtain."

"This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Hotel was about 10 mins walk from the Victoria metro station. Along the way, there are many shops and cafes, making it a very pleasant walk. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lift and was able to provide kettle and cups upon request. It was a good sized room, was spacious and clean same as the bathroom. Wifi was strong and the heater was nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay."

GGuest UserIt was a good stay for the price. Close to the station, towels are exchanged every day, and there is a cheap and delicious kebab shop right by the side (diagonally in front). The man at the front desk was very kind.
However, the location is not very good first. The road from the station to the hotel is not so worried if it is not midnight, but it is not recommended for women. And if you go back to the hotel and go to the right about 3 blocks, you get to the dangerous zone of the Manila slums. There are all kinds of drug addicts.
And there is no shampoo or toothbrush in the room. Then, there is no shower curtain, so the toilet becomes rusty even if it enters how well.
But you can forgive me if you think about the price. Such a hotel.

The metro station is just a minute's walk away, or you can enjoy a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll to the Plaka district, where all attractions are then within easy reach. Right outside the metro station, you'll find a shopping center featuring a charming rooftop cafe. It's an ideal spot to unwind with a coffee while enjoying a fantastic view, including the Acropolis in the distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, near the entrance, there's a display with various brochures to help you explore Athens.

GGuest UserWe booked last minute and had an early check-in. Was very easy with Trip.com.
We had a blocked shower drain with our first shower and they moved us to a different room-fast. This was great! We slept well on comfortable bedding. The balcony was comfortable with captain's chairs and a large table. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, bread and cheese and cold cuts. Eggs and a fresh salad with a meat pie. It was presented on a patio with good shade.
The property has an ocean view and actually faces Athens-pretty to see the lights at night. The grounds have a terrace for sunbathing, beautiful rosemary hedges, pomegranate trees and veggie garden spaces-very nicely done. The beach is at the bottom of the hill-not a bad walk-2 minutes. The beach tables/umbrellas were not set up for the hotel as it is officially shoulder season but we pulled down some lounge chairs for our beach time.
Make sure if you come here to take the Souvala Ferry as it is walking distance to the property. We arrived at the Aegina Town ferry and rented a car-we wanted one for the trip anyway.
Best of all was Debbie-the English version of her Greek name-she was front desk manager and was very welcoming and informative. Her English is good and she is working on it constantly. We will be back to this little Shangri-la hopefully soon.

GGuest UserThe apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and located in an excellent, walkable area of Koukaki. Overall, the quality of the flat itself was very high, and we enjoyed our stay. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in two hours earlier than the official time, which was extremely helpful after an early flight.
A few aspects of communication and practical arrangements could be improved to make the experience more seamless. After booking, an additional online check-in was requested by a management agency, but the webpage was not working properly and caused some unnecessary stress, as it was unclear whether this might affect access to the property. Clear reassurance in such cases would be very helpful.
It would also be good to clarify in the listing that the bedroom and living room are essentially open-plan, without a separating door, as this affects privacy and noise, especially for families. Additionally, the hot water system did not always provide enough hot water for more than one shower in a row.
Finally, clearer instructions and more consistent communication regarding the safe and key return process would reduce anxiety for guests.
Despite these points, the apartment itself is of excellent quality, and with improved communication, the overall experience could be outstanding

RRaunaq GhoshThe hotel is located in a nice place. All the major attractions are 1 - 3 metro stops away, which hardly takes 10-15 mins from the gate of the hotel to the gate of the attraction. The staff is really nice, the person who was doing morning shift on 22nd gave me an early checkin, very kind of him. The lady in the night shift, I think her name is Lana, she is also very helpful. Caffe and restaurant near the hotel are nice, multiple options are there.
Now coming to the condition of the hotel - it’s not up to the basic standards. The rooms are very very old, the bathroom is in a pathetic condition ie old fittings, old marble (worst ). The building is in a mess. It looks like the hotel is not renovated since the time it was built. The lifts are scary. The lights in the room are dull. It’s better to book a hostel than this hotel in the same price point. There is a smell of chemicals on the
Hotel floors. The hotels next to this hotel are way way better, there are 3 4 of them in the same lane. PS - incase you want to use the aircon they’re gonna charge you 5 euros per day , though I really doubt that the aircon will work, but still. The heater in the room was also not working. In the night you don’t get hot water, it will only come in the morning.

RR2F2Amazing location. A couple minute walk from Monastiraki metro station. A short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum.
Stayed in single room, with private bathroom and balcony. Check in was quick. I arrived early so left my luggage in coin lockers for the morning. Room was clean, shower was good (hot water and strong) Bed was good. Pillows were just ok. Balcony overlooking the alley was nice. Can sit out there and people watch. There's a common area across the alley in the main building.
Only cons were - no hairdryer, no toiletries, and the doors are loud when they close. So if someone comes in late or leaves early the doors can wake u up. Some street noise of people talking but not bad.
I recommend staying there and would stay there again. l

Aaa5 chanAll the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The elevator was quite unique, almost like something out of a movie, and it made for an interesting experience. I absolutely loved that elevator! The views of the Acropolis and the church from my room were stunning, both day and night, and truly captivating. It's on a lively street, and with the church bells ringing, some might find it a bit noisy. However, I found it to be such a comfortable and cozy hotel that I know I'll remember it long after I return home.
