This hotel is perfectly located, just 5 meters from Nankai Line station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. What truly sealed the deal was the unbeatable price – excellent value for money! The ground floor's lounge area is a great perk, offering complimentary water and beverages. The female shower rooms on the first floor were also a pleasant experience. All the staff were very friendly. They even provide free pastries in the morning. It's an ideal choice for a transitional stay on your first or last day when traveling to or from Kansai International Airport. I stayed here twice, each for one night. One of the rooms had a slight odor, but the other was fine. You can hear some noise from the street, adjacent rooms, and the hallway, but it's manageable with earplugs.

The location is very convenient, right in front of Zoo-mae Station and within walking distance to Tennoji. The room was very simple, just a tatami mat. My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM).

Excellent value for money! Great location 4 min walk from subway station and 2 minutes walk from bus stop. Clean bathroom, toilets and powder room despite its high occupancy during new year eve and long weekend. Friendly English speaking staffs at reception , Breakfast, towels, slippers and safety box with key are provided free. There are face cleansing products and face lotion provided in shower and powder room too. Many k-beauty products are available to try for free on request basis , I tried the collagen machine for free as well. Overall I’d rate it 9.5 over 10. It’d be good if check out time can be extended to 11am and breakfast time to 10.30am.

After checking in, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's only a few dozen meters from Exit 8 of Dobutsuen-mae subway station, and about 200m from Shin-Imamiya Station for both JR and Nankai lines. This makes it perfect if you have an Osaka subway pass or a Kansai JR Mini Pass, as you can get from the airport to the hotel by JR or Nankai in under 200m walking. Although the hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, often referred to as Osaka's 'slum area,' I was a bit concerned about safety before arriving. However, the hotel is right next to a main road with a lot of people around, so there's actually no need to worry. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. I booked a single room with shared bathroom and shower facilities. Despite being shared, they were very clean, and the hotel staff were constantly cleaning them to keep them spotless. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great. If you're on a budget and want a bit of private space, I highly recommend this place – it's much better than many hostels.

Stay for 2 nights here and quite satisfied with their service and room conditions. We were arrive by 11:30 AM and the staff allowed us to check-in the room though it supposed to be 2 PM. The location is just 2 minutes walk to shin-osaka station which very convenient. There is also familymart nearby! definitely will stay here again when I comeback to osaka. Thank you!

The locationn is very close to shopping areas such as Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon Market. There's also a large, inexpensive supermarket nearby, located behind the building. The accommodation is clean, towels, liquid soap, and shampoo are provided. The bed is a good size, not too narrow. My room was on the second floor and had limited space for luggage. There's a corner outside the room with tea and coffee service and a refrigerator, but it's quite cramped. You can buy food and heat it up there. Because the accommodation doesn't have much common space, you need to be mindful of noise levels.

This place far exceeded my expectations! My single room was incredibly quiet. The common area had a microwave for heating bento boxes, cooking facilities, and hot water available. The hotel had a really great atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly. The common areas were filled with artistic doodles, and all the hand-drawn signs and instructions gave the place a wonderfully warm and welcoming vibe. You could rent towels for just ¥100 for showering. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

The hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, quite close to the subway station and tourist attractions. However, the surrounding area is a stark contrast to Japan's usual order and cleanliness, with homeless people and trash everywhere. On the bright side, the hotel itself is very clean, and having a police station directly across the street makes it feel safe. The only inconvenience is having to take the elevator all the way down to the ground floor every time you want to shower. On another note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage storage, which was a big plus.

1. Opposite exits 17/18 of the subway station, you'll find the Senba Center. Its basement has a food street with small eateries, offering prices more reasonable than tourist areas. 2. I stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many guests. There was no wait at check-in or check-out, and I didn't experience the 10-minute elevator wait some others mentioned. 3. The bathroom is indeed tiny. When you sit on the toilet and close the door, your face is almost touching it. 4. This is a new hotel, so the facilities are new, and the design is simple and bright. It even has Type C charging ports. 5. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. However, on the first day, when I opened the curtains, I noticed that the kettle, illuminated by the sunlight, had dust on its body.

SSYL94I stayed here for 4 nights and had a really good overall experience. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Dotonbori. You just need to cross the road to reach Shinsaibashi, which made shopping and exploring extremely easy. There are also multiple exits of Namba Station nearby, so transportation is very convenient. The area is lively and full of food options, convenience stores, and shops, so everything you need is within walking distance. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself feels comfortable and a good place to rest after a long day out. I really enjoyed my stay at Acro and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.

AAnonymous UserThe rooms and floors have been renovated, and they are indeed much cleaner and tidier. However, the downside is that none of the doors have locks; instead, you get a wooden sign to hang on the doorknob. This can lead to people accidentally trying to open the wrong door. It's a hassle having to lock my luggage every day or send it downstairs for storage. The wardrobes and desks in the room have been removed. While I can manage without a wardrobe, not having a desk is really inconvenient. The air conditioning in the hallway on my floor wasn't turned on, even though it was below zero degrees. Each room only had a small heater, which was very loud and noisy, making it impossible to keep on all night. Almost every time I stay on the women-only floor, there are men staying on it, and this time, someone even tried to open the wrong door. I was also asked to pay an extra 500 yen for the specific room I requested at the front desk, which has never happened before. Overall, my experience this time was pretty mediocre. I also have to complain about the Wi-Fi; it only works in the lobby. I've never been able to connect to it in my room.

GGuest UserYou can really feel the hotel's thoughtfulness here. It has a washing machine, kitchen, and balcony, and they even thoughtfully provided an umbrella and a weighing scale, which are very practical. It's close to the Midosuji Line, and even closer to Shin-Imamiya, making it super convenient for early morning flights – just a 3-minute walk.

HHunshiCC 1.0This hotel is perfect for solo travelers visiting Osaka for a shopping spree. The rooms are simple, just right for catching some sleep, but don't expect many amenities – you'll need to bring your own. The lounge area on the first floor is quite spacious, offering a small kitchen, vending machines, washing machines, and free luggage lockers. In Osaka, where hotel prices are skyrocketing, especially with Tennoji right next door making transportation convenient, this place is an absolute steal for the price. Excellent value for money!

GGuest UserThe female staff was really super friendly. I didn't even know that it had been transferred to post-payment, so I had a lot of trouble paying at the accommodation, but they waited for me and tried to resolve it somehow, which was really nice. When I came back after going out, they even left me this note, which touched me ㅠㅠ If I go to Osaka again, I want to use it again. The accommodation was clean and very close to the station, so I had no trouble finding my way. I highly recommend it.

AAngelie_108I had a wonderful stay at White Hostel Shinsaibashi! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. Cleanliness: The hostel was spotless. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were consistently clean and well-maintained. You can really tell that they prioritize hygiene, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Location: The location is perfect—very convenient and close to Shinsaibashi Station, shopping streets, convenience stores, and great restaurants. It’s easy to explore Osaka from here, especially popular areas like Dotonbori. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Service: The staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. They were always willing to help with directions and recommendations, which made our trip smoother. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. One thing we really appreciated was that we were allowed to leave our luggage near the reception area before check-in and even after check-out. This gave us the freedom to roam around and explore without carrying heavy bags or spending extra money on coin lockers. It was a huge convenience! Amenities: The facilities were excellent for a hostel. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas were cozy and functional. Just a small note—towels are not free, so it’s better to bring your own. If needed, you can rent one for 200 yen. The internet connection did cut off from time to time, but it wasn’t a deal breaker and didn’t affect our overall experience. Overall, this accommodation definitely deserves a 5-star rating. It offers great value for money, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka!
